What’s up rollers,

Welcome to Lilly’s Casino Empire review, and I promise you this – it’s going to be wild. Casino Empire got me clutching my pearls several times, so It’s going to be extremely challenging to do this review without keeping it cool.

If I didn’t know any better, just for a second I thought this casino is a straight-up scam. It’s not, obviously, but cut a girl some slack. Sorry, not sorry.

Casino Review Details

Online Casino Empire is an instant play, mobile-friendly online casino founded somewhere around 2018-2019. I can’t tell for sure, the About Us section of their gambling site wasn’t too revealing.

Owned by Geomatic Marketing N.V. the casino features an outdated website with an obsolete user interface and overall design. Sure, I like the color palette (both of the colors), and the main font is acceptable, but that’s about it.

Casino Empire – Royal Gaming: That’s how they advertise themselves. I can only ask myself the following question: If this is royal, then for the love of God what does peasant gaming look like?

As expected, the company is located in Cyprus due to the tax benefits, and Casino Empire operates with a Curacao gambling license. Yeah, it’s a legit license but far inferior to some other licenses that provide superior regulative measures and protection. UK Gambling Commission, for instance.

In terms of responsible gambling, Casino Empire has several tools at their disposal, which is commendable. There’s online transaction history, financial limits, timeout period, self-exclusion, and a self-assessment test. My only concerns are:

Most of these are activated by contacting customer support, which sucks big time. The Casino Empire website clearly says they accept Euros only at the moment, but the customer staff claims that’s not true. And another thing. Right after Casino Empire explains that online gambling is for fun and entertainment purposes only, you have to click the ‘Start Earning’ button if you decide to register and open a casino account. Do you see what I am talking about, bro? The things I do for my our top online casino reviews

Country Restrictions

The good thing about this online casino is a relatively short list of restricted countries. Casino Empire does not accept casino players from:

  • Israel, the United States, South Africa, Italy, Denmark, France, Spain, Bulgaria, Belgium, Singapore, and the United Kingdom.

But, bear in mind that their website is not a viable source of information, so this list might be longer without me knowing it. Yes, I could ask customer support about it, but I do not intend to die of old age in front of a computer if you catch my drift.

Casino Empire Bonuses

What can I say about Casino Empire bonuses? For starters, going with the plural was truly bold, since at the time of writing this review Casino Empire had only one welcome offer. Granted, it’s made out of six deposit bonuses and that’s totally awesome, but apart from that, there’s nothing else to look forward to in terms of rewarding new or loyal players.

Welcome Bonus

The welcome credit comes with promo codes a player must use in order to activate a particular deposit bonus. In total, that’s $4,000 in bonus money and I’ll be honest – it’s a fantastic offer. Without further ado, let’s unpack this welcome bonus and see what’s on offer.

  • 1st deposit bonus 200% match bonus up to $2,000.
  • 2nd deposit bonus 100% up to $200 + 10 free spins.
  • 3rd deposit bonus 50% up to $500.
  • 4th deposit bonus 50% up to $500.
  • 5th deposit bonus 50% up to $500.
  • 6th deposit bonus 30% up to $300.

The minimum amount of real money needed to make a deposit is $20. As I’ve said, compared to rival online casinos, this welcome bonus is way above the average, nicely done Casino Empire.

Wagering Requirements

All six deposit bonuses come with a wagering requirement of 50x bonus money respectively. Now, this is not the best wagering out there and a lot of other online casinos will lower the bar a little. 40 times the bonus would be truly great, but at the same time, it is not drastic at all. That, paired with the big amount of bonus money offered is a cool deal.

The word drastic would perfectly describe the Casino Empire no deposit bonuses or no deposit wagering, to be precise. At the time of writing this Casino Empire review, they had no such offers, but the casino claims that no deposit bonuses and other no-deposit-based promotions are frequent. And what are the wagering requirements attached to the online casinos promotion.

100 times the bonus money! This is not even funny anymore. This is a step away from robbery, where you get the chance to throw a couple of dice with your so-called benefactor, just before he vanishes with your bonus AND some real money.

VIP Program

Well, this is super easy. There is no VIP program in Casino Empire, and again, no, there is no loyalty scheme either. Sometimes I wonder how they attract and keep their customers. Then I remember the six-step deposit bonus they offer, which seems to slip my mind every time I look elsewhere.

Free Spins

Being a slot junkie myself, free spin latest go right up my alley. Well, here’s the deal with the Empire folks. Players get 10 free spins as a part of the second deposit bonus – and that’s it, folks! For an online casino that excels in slots, this kind of offer is way beyond and above lame. Yes, yes, some slots will give you free spins here and there, but 10 free spins throughout six deposits are so insufficient it’s giving me a headache.

Slots

Just like Casino Empire customer service, the casino games department looked pretty good from a distance. If you don’t believe me, here’s the list of their game providers and see for yourself:

  • BetSoft, Vivo Gaming, Gamomat, Spinomenal, Tom Horn, Platypus, Nucleus, Golden Hero, Kalamba, Oryx, Givme, Ezugi, Microgaming, Playson, and Retrogaming.

Not bad, right? Well, it’s very nice indeed if you plan to play slot machines only. With over 1,000 of them, the fun is guaranteed. But what about the rest of the games? Sadly, but the range of all other casino games is sub-par. In addition, there are no sports betting, virtual sports, live shows, or any other games with a similar entertainment value, and I don’t get me started with lottery games because I’m not yet in a geriatric hospital.

Slot Games

This section is good. Not great, but definitely worth your time and money. There are over 1,000 slot games at Casino Empire. The range of games and rewards is wide enough for both rookies and pros. Personally, I found it refreshing in the sense that I played mostly slots that somehow flew under my radar in the past. If only Casino Empire had some free spins-related program or a bonus. Shame it doesn’t.

Table Games

Yes, there are some table games you can play, and as expected those include six roulette tables, the blackjack (yes, ONE), 14 poker and video poker games, 8 types of Keno, 2 baccarat games, and 13 lottery variants. To me, this looks like a second-thought alternative to slots. I advise you to seek your luck in online casinos with far superior table games selection.

Jackpot Games

There are roughly 3 jackpot games at Casino Empire. Sorry, my bad, there are exactly 3 jackpot games in this online casino, namely Tycoons Plus, Enchanted, and The Slotfather. I apologize for repeating myself BUT you can find tons of cool and innovative jackpot games with ludicrous rewards in other online casinos.

Live Casino Games

I knew this was not going to end well when this Mark person/bot from customer support told me to type ‘Vivo Gaming’ and check the live dealer situation. Don’t get me wrong, I have nothing against Vivo Gaming, but without the major A-listers, live casinos websites tend to look kind of deserted. You definitely don’t want to induce that type of vibe to your customers.

In short, yes, you can play some regular live dealer games at Casino Empire, but if this is what rocks your gambling boat, go somewhere else. There are plenty of other online casinos with stunning live dealer choices.

Mobile

I really have nothing witty to say about the Casino Empire mobile experience, apart from the fact that it’s a decently optimized platform and you don’t need an app to play casino games. I’m thrilled about the latter, I really am. Got myself too many apps already.

As always, you can find your favorite casino game on literally every mobile device there is on the planet. Casino Empire runs well both on iOS and Android operating gadgets, I had no crashes or lag, but nothing impressed me either. A solid B is what it is, which can’t be said for the rest of Casino Empire’s offers and features.

Casino Empire Payment Methods

deposit methods

withdrawal methods

Bank Transfer BitCoin

If you haven’t noticed already, the banking methods are listed in the cons section of this review. The reason is tragically simple: there aren’t enough money transfer services for casino players to choose from, especially real money withdrawal options. Ouch!

Deposit Methods

Don’t blame me if some deposit methods are not available in your country. This is just how Casino Empire rolls.

  • American Express, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, Interac, Paysafecard, EUTeller, Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin, and Dogecoin.
  • The minimum deposit is $15, or $10 via Skrill, and $5 using Paysafecard. Remember bros, you need to deposit at least $20 to qualify for a welcome bonus.
  • The maximum deposit is $5,000 per transaction.

Withdrawal Methods

The withdrawals section of Casino Empire is yet another wasteland in its own right. Rarely have I seen such a small number of withdrawal methods, and I’ve watched a documentary on North Korea, mind you. The withdrawal limit is another sad story, and it’s capped on a weekly level.

You can pull out your real money using these:

  • Bank transfer, Bitcoin, and Test Kosta.
  • The minimum withdrawal is $200.
  • The maximum withdrawal is $5,000 per week.

I know this looks atrocious, but keep in mind that payment methods vary from country to country. If you are lucky enough, you could possibly squeeze in one or two methods extra, but don’t hold my word for it.

Accepted Currencies

Well, this is embarrassing. The Casino Empire site claims they only accept Euros at the moment, but the bro (or bot) from the customer service told me they accept:

  • Euros, Canadian dollars, Australian dollars, South African Rand, Indian Rupee (which he brutally misspelled), Brazilian Real, Bitcoin, Litecoin, and Dogecoin.

So, Dogecoin is a yes and the American dollar is a no-no. Not the best choice in the world of online casinos if you ask me, but hey, at least they accept cryptos.

Customer Support

It finally happened, bro. I’ve managed to run into the worst customer support so far this year, hands down. Did I just say casino customer support? I’ll take that back, this is more like a casino customer’s self-help but instead of an overpriced shrink, you get a semi-mute staff member/bot who acts like he is deliberately trying to provoke you. Let me elaborate.

At a first glance, it looked brilliant. 24/7 live chat, a live phone line, and of course an email address. So I started a live chat with this so-called Mark, and even now I am not certain if he was a real person. I reckon it was both since bots don’t make typos. And then all hell broke loose.

Here’s the thing. If I ask you a straightforward question that you can answer with yes, no or a number, you don’t get to ask if I can send a screenshot or do something else. Three times! With responses taking several minutes, I felt like I was the customer support, not Mark. Finally, when confronted with a clear question regarding info listed on a website that is in contradiction with the rules he stated during our live chat, Mark told me to wait until he checks with technical support. This is pure BS and maltreatment of customers in my book.

On top of that, there’s the Terms and conditions page. Messy, hard to navigate, with no FAQ section whatsoever. Frankly, bro, the only easy thing about Casino Empire customer support is my decision to grant them a Plutonium Lilly award for the worst customer support service of the Year.

Available Languages

Casino Empire supports five languages: English, French, German, Italian, and Portuguese. The live chat was set in German (?!) at the time of my session, although I am using the English version of the gambling site. Both bots and staff readily switched to English but to no avail.

Casino Empire Review Summary

Well, bro, this is the verdict. I can honestly recommend Casino Empire to four kinds of gamblers. Those who like big, fat bonuses; those who revel in slot games; those poor souls that have no other option due to the country restrictions; and lastly – players knee-deep in crypto gambling.

Casino Empire is not an exciting online casino in my humble opinion. A lot of players complain about how they’ve waited too long for their money withdrawals, you can’t play games for free before registering, banking options are terrible, and apart from slot machines, the rest of the casino games are scarce and not engaging enough. Add the non-existent VIP program to the equation and you can clearly see where I am going with this.

But it’s the customer support that takes the crown for the worst gambling segment that I’ve had the misfortune to review.

The upside? Casino Empire has a truly remarkable, six-step deposit welcome bonus with bearable wagering, and it works nicely on the go thanks to cool mobile performance. Still, they need more than two good soldiers to win this battle. Singing out. We got you, Bro!

Despite being rough trade, Derrick prefers to use sarcasm over fists because the parts of Atlanta he grew up in still consider it witchcraft. A.k.a. The Buff Dude, he’s a sucker for roulette, a total video game geek, and a beast when it comes to online casino security. We mainly hired him because he is scary AF but don’t tell him we said that.
