Neon Vegas Casino Review

How’s it going, bros? It’s your boy Derrick with another casino review.

Today we’ll be doing a NeonVegas Casino review. So, dawgs, what do you think? Do we a bright cyberpunk future ahead of us or will it be something of a wasteland? At first, my money was on the wasteland as I was prepping myself to review NeonVegas Casino.

And yet, NeonVegas Casino proved me wrong. The cyberpunk vibe is poppin’. Maybe they weren’t going for the whole futuristic look but I can’t help it dawgs – I see what I see. But hey, as long as we’ve got online casinos the future looks bright.

NeonVegas Casino Details

Neon Vegas is one of the latest online casinos that graced our screens. It came out in June 2020 and it’s owned by the Betpoint Group. It boasts an MGA (Malta Gaming Authority) license and is part of the 21 Partners Affiliate Group that also hosts related casinos such as Nitro Casinos, Justspin Casino, 21 Casino, and Ultra Casino.

What I loved about this casino is that they provide links to Gamblers Anonymous and Be Gamble Aware in case players might be suffering from gambling addiction. Always take care of your mental health first, folks!

Overall, this is a very good-looking online casino, IMHO. I dig the whole neon pink and purple colours along with a shiny welcome bonus goading me to play. The website is easy to navigate and I had no trouble finding what I was gunning for.

However, it didn’t take me a long time to skim the entire casino. Put another way, there’s not much to see, especially not in the bonus department.

Country Restrictions

I guess the future is only bright for a handful of countries according to Neon Vegas Casino. Dawgs, this restricted country list is like a traditional English breakfast. Don’t worry players from United Kingdom and United States, this time nobody is invited to play.

Neon Vegas Casino doesn’t accept players from (hang on to your pants):

  • Afghanistan, Albania, Algeria, American Samoa, Angola, Antigua and Barbuda, Argentina, Australia, Bahamas, Barbados, Belgium, Benin, Bolivia, Bosnia, Botswana, Bouvet Island, Brazil, British Indian Ocean Territory, Bulgaria, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cambodia, Cameroon, Cape Verde, Cayman Islands, Central African Republic, Chad, China, Congo (Democratic Republic of), Côte d’Ivoire, Cuba, Curacao, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, Denmark, Ecuador, Egypt, Eritrea, Estonia, Ethiopia, Falkland Islands, France, French Guiana, French Polynesia, French Southern Territories, Gambia, Ghana, Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, Guadeloupe Guam, Guernsey, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Guyana, Haiti, Hong Kong, India, Iran, Iraq, Isle of Man, Israel, Italy, Jamaica, Jersey, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Kuwait, Kyrgyzstan, Laos, Latvia, Lebanon, Lesotho, Liberia, Libya, Lithuania, Macao, Madagascar, Mali, Marshall Islands, Martinique, Mauritius, Mongolia, Montserrat, Morocco, Mozambique, Myanmar, Nepal, Netherlands, Netherlands Antilles, Nicaragua, Niger, Nigeria, Northern Mariana Islands, Pakistan, Palestine, Panama, Paraguay, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Romania, Russia, Senegal, Serbia, Sierra Leone, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Somalia, South Georgia and the South Sandwich Islands, Spain, Sri Lanka, Sweden, Switzerland, Syria, Taiwan, Tajikistan, Tanzania, The Bahamas, Trinidad and Tobago, Tunisia, Turkey, Uganda, Ukraine, United Kingdom, United States Minor Outlying Islands, United States of America, Uruguay, Vanuatu, Venezuela, Vietnam, Virgin Islands (British), Virgin Islands (US), Yemen, Zambia, Zimbabwe.

Casino Bonuses

In case the future turns bleak, I hope that we won’t have to ration online casino bonuses as well. Unfortunately, Neon Vegas Casino already beat us to it. In fact, if we aren’t counting the tournament that’s going on ATM, there are a total of three deposit bonuses.

Not exactly a lot to look forward to, dawg. Well, at least the welcome bonus is pretty beefy.

Note: The casino bonuses are only good for slot games so don’t expect to turn that bonus amount into real money anytime soon.

Welcome Bonus

Everybody wants a really good welcome bonus, right? Well, feast your eyes on Neon Vegas Casino welcome bonus! This beauty gives a whopping 500% deposit bonus (up to $500) on your first deposit.

The best part is the wagering requirements are only x20. Yup, no matter how you look at it, this is one helluva offer for new players. Colour me impressed, dawg.

Bonus code: NEON

Minimum deposit amount: $10

Daily Rewards

Do you like daily rewards? Me too! You like not knowing what exactly you are going to get? Me neither.

Neon Vegas Casino claims that each time you make a deposit they will send you a bonus the next day via e-mail. These bonuses can, apparently, be anything. They can either be free spins or bonus money.

Whatever the case, the wagering requirements will again be only x20. While the wagering requirements are pretty sweet, I still would have preferred to know what exactly I can get. How much you get is probably tied to how much you deposit. It’s too many “Maybes” and “Mights” and I’m not really into that, dawg.

Sunday Boost

Unlike the vague daily rewards bonus, this one is way too specific. So here’s the deal: If you deposit a total of $200 on Sunday, you’ll get 300 free spins to play with. That’s it.

Before you ask, NO, you cannot deposit less, and NO, it won’t matter if you deposit more.

The 300 free spins are all for John Hunter and the Book of Tut, which are decent slots games, but they ain’t no Book of Dead.

My main problem with this bonus is the $200 requirement, which is probably a bit too expensive for your average casino player to deposit during a single day. Also, while having 300 spins is certainly a lot, they are only OK if you’re into John Hunter. Oh, and forget about the x20 wagering requirement since they are now x50, which sucks.

VIP Program

Lately, we’ve been seeing a lot of lame VIP programs, so it almost makes me happy that NeonVegas Casino doesn’t have one. I mean, if you are going to have various tiers where you will award higher withdrawals a VIP manager to your most loyal players, I’m gonna pass, dawg. Still, NeonVegas Casino does feel a bit empty without a loyalty program, especially because there are so few available bonuses.

Free Spins

Players can get free spins at NeonVegas Casino by taking advantage of some of its deposit bonuses. Minus the welcome bonus, the other two casino bonuses do have them.

The Sunday boost is good for 300 free spins and the daily rewards bonus gives, well, as much as it wants, I guess. Undoubtedly, various tournaments and limited-time promotions will also happily give away a few free spins, provided you keep depositing your own money, of course.

Sports Betting

NeonVegas Casino has a decent casino lobby that’s just shy of 2000 games. Obviously, slots are the most popular choice from their ample game selection. There are just over 20 table games and about 80 live casino games, which deserves praise. As for video poker, there is a single, lonely Jacks or Better Double Up. Here’s are the software providers:

  • Pragmatic Play, Play’n Go, Net Entertainment, Red Tiger Gaming, Relax Gaming, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, Quickspin, iSoftBet, Nolimit City, 1×2 Gaming, Betsoft, Booming Games, Elk Studios, Iron Dog Studios, Just for the win, Kalamba, Playson, Gamomat, Fortune Factory, Foxium, Gameburger, Golden Hero, Golden Rock Studios, Lightning Box, Northern Lights, Pocket Games Soft, Rabcat, Reelplay, Slingshot, Sthlm Gaming, Stormcraft Studios, Triple Edge, Yggdrasil, Hacksaw Gaming, Fantasma, Leap Gaming, Felt, 4theplayer, Spearhead Studios, Gold coin studios, All41Studios, Alchemy Gaming, Games Lab, Boomerang Studios, Silverback, 2BY2, Northern Lights Gaming, Snowborn Games, Max Win, Neon Valley Studio, Crazy Tooth Studio, Half Pixel Studios.

Slot Games

If you are after slot games, you probably won’t be disappointed. NeonVegas Casino offers great slot games by well-known software providers. They also seem to be promoting brand new games through their limited-time promotions and tournaments. Pragmatic Play games seem to be dominating since Neon Vegas Casino is pushing games like Book of Tut into the limelight. However, they also have an exclusive game like Guardian of Athens by Quickspin.

I would recommend giving these games a try:

  • Dream Diver, Wolf Gold, Top Dawgs (feels like your boy Derrick named this game, dawgs)

Table Games

In the table games department, we have a handful of blackjack games, a couple of roulette games (thank you, thank you) and just a few Baccarat games. I already mentioned that the Video Poker Games only have just one video poker game. The games themselves aren’t bad at all. The only issue I have is that I don’t have any bonuses to look forward to due to wagering requirements.

Jackpot Games

If you are looking for an online casino where it’s easy to find the current jackpots, look elsewhere. While there are active jackpots available, searching for them is a pain in the ass. You’ll have to go through the list of all available slots to see whether they have a jackpot. Or not.

It’s much easier to see if there’s an active tournament (such as Drops & Wins) and play the associated games. I just find it hilarious that the casino will make a Video Poker section with JUST ONE game, and yet leave the Jackpots section hanging. Sloppy work, dawg.

Live Casino Games

Fortunately, there is no shortage of awesomeness with Live Casino Games. Of course, you’ll have your typical blackjack, roulette and baccarat games. Yeah, there’s plenty of those, especially live blackjack games.

There are also lesser-known but fun live dealer games, such as Dragon Tiger, Mega Ball, and Dream Catcher. Overall, there are plenty of good online casino games to play in the live dealers department but, then again, it sucks that none of the bonuses applies to them.

Mobile

You know, ever since HTML5 became a thing, every new online casino is guaranteed to work smoothly in terms of mobile play. Neon Vegas Casino is in the same boat. It runs just fine from any mobile device. And no, there’s no casino mobile app available. If you ask me, that’s a good thing because the last thing I need is another one of those pricks hogging up my homepage.

The casino runs great from my Samsung browser and my bros in the office had no trouble with it from their iOS phones. So yeah, if you like playing your favourite games on the tiny mobile screen, go right ahead, dawg.

Deposit And Withdrawal Methods

deposit methods

withdrawal methods

Casino Neon Vegas offers very few payment methods for both depositing and withdrawing. In fact, the only thing they accept is a few credit cards, a couple of e-wallets and – everyone’s favourite – Bank Transfer.

Deposit Methods

Here you’ll find the accepted deposit methods. Just note that some of these may not be available in your region.

  • Visa, Mastercard, Revolut, Interac, iDebit, Instadebit, Rapid Transfer, Klarna, Neteller, Skrill, EcoPayz, VenusPoint, Bank Transfer

Minimum deposit: $10

Withdrawal Methods

If you want to withdraw money from Neon Vegas Casino, you can do so by using these payment methods:

  • Visa, Revolut, Trustly, Interac, iDebit, Instadebit, Rapid Transfer, Neteller, Skrill, EcoPayz, VenusPoint

Minimum withdrawal amount: $50

Maximum daily withdrawal amount: $5,000

Accepted Currencies

Here are all the accepted currencies:

  • EUR, NOK, CAD, NZD, USD

Customer Support

So when it comes to contacting customer support, here’s how things went down.

Neon Vegas Casino would rather you don’t contact them. Of course, there is a live chat option, and yes, it does work but before you can get in contact with a real person, you have to type your question and go through a list of available answers. Now, if you still don’t have your question answered by that point, only then can you get in contact with NeonVegas Casino live chat support.

I mean, this is kind of to be expected with huge companies but I’d very much prefer to contact a real live person straightaway, dawg. Still, when I got into a chat with a live person, we had a nice chat and all was well.

Available Languages

Not too shabby! Neon Vegas Casino is available in multiple languages:

  • English, Norwegian, Finnish, German, and Japanese

Verdict

NeonVegas Casino is not the worst but it certainly is not the best. It does have a lot of games available and a welcome bonus so delicious, it makes my mouth water. Everything else kind of falls short.

After that initial welcome offer, there just isn’t enough incentive to keep players invested. It also doesn’t help that the list of restricted countries is a laundry list of its own.

With that said, the casino isn’t horrible. Far from it. But I’ve seen a lot of other online casinos that did a better job at capturing my imagination. We got you, Bro!
