How’s it going fellow players? Your favourite Casino Reviewer, Derrick, is here, dawg. How do I know I’m your favourite? Who cares!

Hustling through Jambo Casino can be a drag, so your boy Derrick is here to give you his detailed opinion about this casino.

In this casino online review, we’ll take a look at all the nooks and crannies about Jambo Casino website so you can decide if this Casino is worth your time and money.

Let’s roll!

Casino Review Details

Jambo Casino came out in 2019 and is owned by Aspire Global International LTD.

The casino has a Malta Gaming Authority license and is operated by Aspire Global. The website is also protected using SSL encryption. So now I get to tick the “not-a-scam” box (ticks the box with a pencil), mhm!

Now, when your boy Derrick first visited this website, his first thoughts were: “Wait a minute, dawg? Is that it?” Yeah, the website itself doesn’t look that great.

Jambo Casino rocks that old “throw all the games we have on the homepage”, and I ain’t a fan of that design. I prefer the sleek “here’s your welcome offer and a few games” kind of approach.

The casino welcome package was right there where it should have been and navigating the website was OK, mostly. See, as I was writing this review, some links didn’t work on the website, mainly the terms and services links. Yeah, I thought that they were trying to hide something…

“Players can’t complain about the Terms and Services if there ARE NO Terms and Services” – says the smart casino owner.

I eventually found them through the bonus pages link but they really ought to fix these if they want to be taken seriously.

Now, the name “Jambo” may suggest that it’s a tropical rainforest or a jungle. And yet the Jambo casino website is just a mess of white and gray blocks with unappealing backgrounds. The Jambo casino logo is a straight rip-off of “Jumanji”. Still, we ain’t gonna judge a casino too harshly based on it’s looks, so let’s take a look at stuff that really matters.

Country Restrictions

It’s a jungle out there so only the brave are allowed! By brave, I mean, almost nobody! Long gone are the days where I just had to give bad news to players from United States and players from United Kingdom because these lists seem to be expanding by the hour.

My least favourite thing in any casino review is when I get to tell my readers they can’t play and Jambo Casino review is a tough pill to swallow. Take a look at this mess:

  • Afghanistan, Aland Islands, Algeria, Albania, Angola, American Samoa, Anguilla, Aruba, Armenia, Australia, Argentina, Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Belgium, Benin, Bolivia, Bonaire, Bouvet Island, Cambodia, Chad, China, Central African Republic, Colombia, Congo, Costa Rica, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Djibouti, Dominican Republic, Dominica, East Timor, Estonia, Ethiopia, France, French Guiana, French Polynesia, French Southern Territories, Gabon, Gambia, Ghana, Grenada, Gaza strip, Georgia, Gibraltar, GERMANY (Jambo casino), Greece, Greenland, Guadeloupe, Guam, 78 Hungary, India, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Italy, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Kenya, Laos, Latvia, Lithuania, Madagascar, Malawi, Malaysia, Malta, Martinique, Mauritania, Mauritius, Moldova, Montenegro, Morocco, Mozambique, Namibia, Niger, Nigeria, North Korea, Pakistan, Palestine, Paraguay, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Reunion, Romania, Rwanda, Russia, Saint Barthélemy, Saint Martin (French part), Senegal, Serbia, Sierra Leone, Somalia, Singapore, Sint Eustatius and Saba, Sint Maarten (Dutch part), Slovakia, Spain, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Swaziland, Switzerland, Sweden, Syrian Arab Republic, Tanzania, Thailand, Togo, Tunisia, Turkey, Uganda, Ukraine, USA, Wallis and Futuna, Yemen, Zambia, Zimbabwe.

In short, they might as well write “GO AWAY” on their homepage!

Jambo Casino Bonuses

Upon clicking on the promotions page of Jambo Casino, you will be greeted with “a whopping” three whole casino bonuses. Upon closer inspection, you will also notice that two of those bonuses are just the benefits you get from being a VIP.

After you actually click on one of those 2 “not-really” bonuses, the page will switch to Spanish. Yes, you’ve read correctly: Whenever I click on the second or third bonus it always displays the info in lengua española. Weird. They should do something about their interlinking there.

Bugs aside, this means that Jambo Casino only has a single traditional bonus, which is the welcome offer.

Welcome Bonus

Indeed, sign up casino bonus is often the most important one. After your first deposit, you will receive a 100% deposit bonus along with 100 free spins and… yeah, that’s about it. I wish I could say that more is on the way, but there really isn’t anything else, dawg.

Total casino welcome package: 100 % deposit bonus up to €200/100 free spins on StarburstTM or Fruity Friends.

However, and this is a big “HOWEVER”, you’ll only get 20 free spins with your first deposit. The other 80 you’ll have to get with the second and the third deposit, even though it’s advertised that you get 100 FS. Not the best look for Jambo Casino.

  • First Deposit Bonus: 100% up to €200 + 20 FS on Starburst (minimum deposit 10 EUR)
  • Second Deposit Bonus: 40 extra spins on Fruity Friends (minimum deposit 20 EUR)
  • Third Deposit Bonus: 40 extra spins on Starburst (minimum deposit 20 EUR)

Wagering requirement: 50x

Now, if there were 3 or 4 different casino bonuses available, I wouldn’t mind going to that church. But since there is ONLY ONE package, not to mention the high wagering requirement, let’s just say that your boy Derrick is not amused. Not. One. Bit.

VIP Program

Although traditional bonuses are pretty barren, Casino Jambo has one heck of a VIP program. 7 delicious tiers, each better than the next!

Each tier gives you a casino money bonus that you get as soon as you level up, free spins each Sunday and lots of other goodies. Higher tiers even give cashback options.

When you play games, you gain reward points which you can redeem for stuff at the casino. More importantly, when you get enough points, you advance to higher VIP tiers.

Let’s take a look at the tiers and the rewards:

  • New Member (0 points required) – Reward points redemption rate: 35
  • Bronze (10 points required) – Welcome gift: 25 free games – Reward points redemption rate: 30; 5 free spins each Sunday
  • Silver (60 points required) – Welcome gift: 50 free games – Reward points redemption rate: 28; 10 free spins each Sunday
  • Gold (350 points required) – Welcome gift: 50 free spins and 50% extra bonus – Reward points redemption rate: 25; 20 free spins each Sunday
  • Platinum (1000 points required) – Welcome gift: Day 1 – 50 EUR bonus, Day 2 – Bonuses on all deposits, Day 3 – Exclusive cashback offer, Reward points redemption rate: 23; 40 free spins each Sunday
  • Premium (invitation only) – Welcome gift: Day 1: 50 EUR bonus, Day 2 – upgraded bonuses on all deposits, Day 3 – Personal offer from personal account manager, Reward points redemption rate: 20; 50 free spins each Sunday
  • Prestige (invitation only) – Welcome gift: Day 1 – 100 EUR bonus, Day 2 – 50 prestige games, Day 3 – Personal offer from personal account manager, Reward points redemption rate: 15; 50 free spins each Sunday

On one hand, these are pretty beefy casino bonuses, certainly worth your time. On the other hand, some stuff that they only give to the last three tiers (mainly the welcome package) should have been given to ALL PLAYERS (YES, new players as well).

I mean, they clearly know how to treat their most loyal players but, dawg, how you gonna get loyal players when you’re giving so little to new players?

Free Spins

Fans of free spins might be a little disappointed as they are pretty much tied to your VIP tier. The higher your tier is, the more free spins you get each Sunday. That and the welcome bonus 100 free spins (divided into three deposits *cough – cough*) is pretty much all you’ll get.

Jambo Casino Games

casino game types

Jacks or Better

Virtual Sports

Jambo Casino has a HUGE casino game library. Most of those are slots, some good table games too and a surprisingly big Live games selection. All the games are in their right category (I know that should be a given but some online casinos like to toss live and non-live games in the same category) and you can search for the ones you want.

Unfortunately, you can’t search the games based on software providers. Speaking of software providers, here’s the list of the ones you can find at Jambo Casino:

  • Netent, Microgaming, Evolution gaming, Play n’ go, NeoGames, Nyx/Amaya, Realistic, Scientific Games, Nextgen, Red Rake Gaming, Quickfire, Quickspin, Big Time Gaming, Pragmatic Play, isoftbet, 1×2 gaming, ELK Studios, Habanero, Realistic, Thunderkick, Blueprint gaming, IGT, Nolimit City, Gamomat, Inspired, Ezugi, Oryx Gaming, Wazdan, Aristocrat, Barcrest, Gameart, Endorphina

Now, let’s take a closer look, dawgs!

Slot Games

There are about 2000+ slots available on Jambo Casino Website. It’s got, my baby, Book of Dead and a bunch of popular games. As always, the guys at the office told me that I had to play more than just Book of Dead, so … here you go, my recommendations:

  • Assassin Moon – This 5 reel slot is about matching symbols to create a picture of the lovely assassin chick (kinda looks like Britney Spears) and her target. While that’s all nice and good, the “moon” part is more interesting. When you get 6 or more moons in a single spin you unlock the bonus game. Here you try to get as many moons as possible so that you can hopefully get that jackpot. It’s a pretty fun gaming experience.
  • Stamp Wild – A 5 reel slot about collecting, stamps and mailing letters and packages. WAIT! I know it sounds boring but, just hear me out, dawg! It’s actually really fun. The music is really nice, you get to gamble on each of your wins with a coin toss and when you get wild cards (which come in the form of buffalo stamps) they stampede over your entire game. I laughed when I saw this.
  • Mystery fox Christmas party – They always make me do at least one cutesy, girly slot and, worst of all, I always end up having the most fun with it. This is a pretty standard 5 reel slot but has a unique feature. See when you collect a certain symbol in one reel, you get a star on that particular reel. Collect 5 stars and that entire reel becomes a wild card zone for a few spins. This means that you are almost guaranteed to get some good spins when this happens.

Table Games

There are just under 40 table games available at Jambo Casino.

It’s not too bad, but it’s not too good either. The majority of those games are roulette (as they should be) and blackjack. I was pleasantly surprised with the roulette selection (lightning roulette, American roulette, European roulette, etc.) but there were quite a few blackjack games and a few lonely video poker games (like joker poker).

  • Real Roulette with Serati – if you’d rather watch a hot chick than the roulette wheel, play one of “Real Roulette” games. These feature videos of hot chicks spinning the roulette all while smiling at you when you win or pouting when you lose. Not really my cup of tea, but it is roulette and it is a nice change of pace from just looking at the wheel.

Jackpot Games

As of writing this, there are currently 9 active jackpots. I kinda like this because it’s much more believable than seeing 30 – 50 active jackpot games. Unfortunately, you can’t see what the current active jackpot is on each game but you do get a handy sidebar that shows the latest winners.

Live Casino Games

If you are a fan of live dealer games, you are going to absolutely LOVE the live casino. Casino Jambo probably has one of the best Live Casinos that I’ve ever seen when doing a casino review.

Jambo Casino not only has a ton of live dealer games, but it even categorizes them for everyone’s convenience. Yup, Casino Jambo has a “Live Roulette”, “Live Blackjack”, “Live Baccarat and Sic bo”, and even a “Game Show” section with games like dream catcher. It’s enough to make this dawg cry.

About 20 live roulette games and at least 50 live blackjack games. You know they ain’t kidding around with those numbers.

As expected, Jambo Casino works well on a mobile device. For this Jambo Casino review, I tested a few games on my phone and they all worked well. Sometimes I’d get frame drops, but it was nothing major and that probably could have been my wifi acting up.

There is no dedicated app, which is understandable. Still, their new mobile casino runs great on any device browser and that’s good enough for me, dawg.

Jambo Casino Payment Methods

deposit methods

withdrawal methods

Remember that bug that didn’t let me access the T&S page? Yeah, it’s the same for banking and details. Fortunately, your boy Derrick was able to infiltrate the page regardless (I totally didn’t just google Jambo Casino payment methods and got on the page, nope, not me,…). Here are the deposits and withdrawals in all their glory:

Deposit Methods

Visa, Mastercard, Bank/Wire Transfer, Klarna, Trustly, Skrill, Skrill 1-tap, Neteller, MuchBetter, ecoPayz, Paypal, Rapid Transfer, Giropay, Interac, AstroPay Card, Euteller, EPS, Paysafecard, NetBanking.

Withdrawal Methods

Visa, Mastercard, Bank Transfer, Trustly, Skrill, Skrill 1-tap, Neteller, MuchBetter, ecoPayz, Paypal, Rapid Transfer, AstroPay Card

Min deposit: 10 EUR

Withdrawal limits: 7,000 EUR

The casino isn’t known for refusing to pay out and I haven’t heard any players complain about withdrawals not arriving, which is always good.

Accepted Currencies

I’mma keep it short and sweet here. Accepted currencies at Casino Jambo are:

Customer Support

Ah, time for my chat with the support team. As usual, I check to see if they have 24/7 live chat support at about 1 AM – and they do! This is most good!

I contacted the live chat support and, for this Jambo Casino review, I just had to ask them about the lack of bonuses. At first, they told me that they provide a lot of bonuses (VIP bonuses) but then I asked about bonuses for new players. The representative told me that Jambo Casino thinks that climbing the VIP ladder is very easy and that the bonuses should come naturally. Uh-huh?!

Well, regardless of what I may have thought of that, I’m satisfied with the customer support. It may not be a shining example, but it does the job well. Players can also contact their representatives via email. There is no phone option, however.

Available Languages

Not too shabby! Players can use the following languages on the online casino website:

  • English, German, Finnish, Norwegian, Spanish

Jambo Casino Review Summary

Jambo Casino does a lot of things well. It has a great library of games (especially live games), a fantastic VIP system, a working payment system and good customer support. The only thing it’s missing is players and the way they are going, they won’t have any.

The VIP system is great when you hit a certain tier but the welcome bonus offer is over before it begins and players are probably going to get bored or feel unappreciated before they hit the good tiers.

This is, of course, IF PLAYERS COULD ACTUALLY GET INTO THE DARN CASINO. Casino Jambo has one of the largest restricted countries lists I’ve ever seen, hands down.

Don’t get me wrong! Jambo has potential. But they actually need to allow players in and give them more bonuses so they could have a reason to mingle and experience the great VIP system.

As it is now, your boy Derrick really can’t fully recommend you play at Jambo Casino but I am willing to give it another chance if they fix some burning issues. We got you, Bro!

Despite being rough trade, Derrick prefers to use sarcasm over fists because the parts of Atlanta he grew up in still consider it witchcraft. A.k.a. The Buff Dude, he’s a sucker for roulette, a total video game geek, and a beast when it comes to online casino security. We mainly hired him because he is scary AF but don’t tell him we said that.

Live Casino any good?

Yes, but the live casino is good in almost any other online casino

Agreed, just find a different casino, not worth it for all the BS
