Now, when your boy Derrick first visited this website, his first thoughts were: “Wait a minute, dawg? Is that it?” Yeah, the website itself doesn’t look that great.

Jambo Casino rocks that old “throw all the games we have on the homepage”, and I ain’t a fan of that design. I prefer the sleek “here’s your welcome bonus and a few games” kind of approach.

The casino welcome bonus was right there where it should have been and navigating the website was OK, mostly. See, as I was writing this review, some links didn’t work on the website, mainly the terms and services links. Yeah, I thought that they were trying to hide something…

“Players can’t complain about the Terms and Services if there ARE NO Terms and Services” – says the smart casino owner.

I eventually found them through the bonus pages link but they really ought to fix these if they want to be taken seriously.

Now, the name “Jambo” may suggest that it’s a tropical rainforest or a jungle. And yet the Jambo casino website is just a mess of white and gray blocks with unappealing backgrounds. Still, we ain’t gonna judge a casino too harshly based on it’s looks, so let’s take a look at stuff that really matters.

Upon clicking on the promotions page of Jambo Casino, you will be greeted with “a whopping” three whole casino bonuses. Upon closer inspection, you will also notice that two of those bonuses are just the benefits you get from being a VIP.

BUT WAIT, THERE’S MORE!

After you actually click on one of those 2 “not-really” bonuses, the page will switch to Spanish. Yes, you’ve read correctly: Whenever I click on the second or third bonus it always displays the info in lengua española. Weird. They should do something about their interlinking there.

Bugs aside, this means that Jambo Casino only has a single traditional bonus, which is the welcome bonus.

Indeed, sign up casino bonus is often the most important one. After your first deposit, you will receive a 100% deposit bonus along with 20 free spins. Hang on, didn’t the sign said 100 free spins? Well, here’s the deal, if you read the fine print, it actually says that you only get 20 spins on your first deposit and the other 80 in your next two deposits. What’s more, the minimum deposit for the second and the third deposit is double what the first one was. What a ripoff!

On one hand, these are pretty beefy latest online casino bonuses, certainly worth your time. On the other hand, some stuff that they only give to the last three tiers (mainly the welcome package) should have been given to ALL PLAYERS (YES, new players as well).

There are about 2000+ slots available on Jambo Casino Website. It’s got, my baby, Book of Dead and a bunch of other titles. As always, the guys at the office told me that I had to play more than just Book of Dead, so … here you go, my recommendations:

• Assassin Moon – This 5 reel slot is about matching symbols to create a picture of the lovely assassin chick (kinda looks like Britney Spears) and her target. While that’s all nice and good, the “moon” part is more interesting. When you get 6 or more moons in a single spin you unlock the bonus game. Here you try to get as many moons as possible so that you can hopefully get that jackpot. It’s pretty fun.
• Stamp Wild – A 5 reel slot about collecting, stamps and mailing letters and packages. WAIT! I know it sounds boring but, just hear me out, dawg! It’s actually really fun. The music is really nice, you get to gamble on each of your wins with a coin toss and when you get wild cards (which come in the form of buffalo stamps) they stampede over your entire game. I laughed when I saw this.
• Mystery fox Christmas party – They always make me do at least one cutesy, girly slot and, worst of all, I always end up having the most fun with it. This is a pretty standard 5 reel slot but has a unique feature. See when you collect a certain symbol in one reel, you get a star on that particular reel. Collect 5 stars and that entire reel becomes a wild card zone for a few spins. This means that you are almost guaranteed to get some good spins when this happens.

Table Games

There are just under 40 table games available at Jambo Casino.

It’s not too bad, but it’s not too good either. The majority of those games are roulette (as they should be) and blackjack. I was pleasantly surprised with the roulette selection (lightning roulette, American roulette, European roulette, etc.) but there were quite a few blackjack games and a few lonely video poker games.

• Real Roulette with Serati – if you’d rather watch a hot chick than the roulette wheel, play one of “Real Roulette” games. These feature videos of hot chicks spinning the roulette all while smiling at you when you win or pouting when you lose. Not really my cup of tea, but it is roulette and it is a nice change of pace from just looking at the wheel.

Jackpot Games

As of writing this, there are currently 9 active jackpots. I kinda like this because it’s much more believable than seeing 30 – 50 active jackpot games. Unfortunately, you can’t see what the current active jackpot is on each game but you do get a handy sidebar that shows the latest winners.

Live Casino Games

If you are a fan of live casino with free slots, you are going to absolutely LOVE the live casino. Casino Jambo probably has one of the best Live Casinos that I’ve ever seen when doing a casino review.

Jambo Casino not only has a ton of live games, but it even categorizes them for everyone’s convenience. Yup, Casino Jambo has a “Live Roulette”, “Live Blackjack”, “Live Baccarat and Sic bo”, and even a “Game Show” section. It’s enough to make this dawg cry.

About 20 live roulette games and at least 50 live blackjack games. You know they ain’t kidding around with those numbers.

As expected, Jambo Casino works well on a mobile device. For this Jambo Casino review, I tested a few games on my phone and they all worked well. Sometimes I’d get frame drops, but it was nothing major and that probably could have been my wifi acting up.

There is no dedicated app, which is understandable. Still, their mobile casino site runs great on any device browser and that’s good enough for me, dawg.

I contacted the live chat support and, for this Jambo Casino review, I just had to ask them about the lack of bonuses. At first, they told me that they provide a lot of bonuses (VIP bonuses) but then I asked about bonuses for new players. The representative told me that Jambo Casino thinks that climbing the VIP ladder is very easy and that the bonuses should come naturally. Uh-huh?!

Well, regardless of what I may have thought of that, I’m satisfied with the customer support. It may not be a shining example, but it does the job well. Players can also contact their representatives via email. There is no phone option, however.

Jambo Casino does a lot of things well. It has a great library of games (especially live games), a fantastic VIP system, a working payment system and good customer support. The only thing it’s missing is players and the way they are going, they won’t have any.

The VIP system is great when you hit a certain tier but the welcome bonus is over before it begins and players are probably going to get bored or feel unappreciated before they hit the good tiers.

This is, of course, IF PLAYERS COULD ACTUALLY GET INTO THE DARN CASINO. Casino Jambo has one of the largest restricted countries lists I’ve ever seen, hands down.

Don’t get me wrong! Jambo has potential. But they actually need to allow players in and give them more bonuses so they could have a reason to mingle and experience the great VIP system.
