About this site
Contact Casino Bros
Contact Casino Bros by email about corrections, reviews or a casino we list: what we can help with, what we cannot, and where to take a casino dispute.
Email is the way to reach us: [email protected]. The editorial team reads every message. There is no contact form, phone line or chat on this site.
What to put in your email
- A mistake on a page: the page address, the exact sentence and a source if you have one. We check it and, if we were wrong, fix the page with a dated note.
- A question about a review: the page address and your question.
- An outdated bonus or broken link: the page and the offer. We re-check it on the casino’s own site.
- A problem with a casino we list: casino name, what happened, dates and the casino’s replies. We cannot fix it for you, but we read every complaint and it counts when we re-check that review.
- Business or media enquiries: who you are and what you propose. These are handled separately from reviews and scores.
Never email us passwords, card numbers, ID documents or bank details. We will never ask for them.
Having a dispute with a casino?
Casino Bros is a review site. We do not run a casino, cannot see your account and have no power over payments. The route that works depends on the licence:
- Start with the casino. Use live chat or email, keep screenshots, and ask for a written reason for any withheld payment.
- Curaçao licence: the Curaçao Gaming Authority does not mediate individual disputes. After the casino’s own complaints process, use one of the alternative dispute resolution (ADR) bodies the CGA has certified, seven on its list dated 31 August 2026.
- Anjouan licence: the authority does not handle complaints itself. File through the licence seal on the casino’s site; the operator has 30 days to respond, game-outcome disputes must be raised within 14 days, and unresolved cases go to an ADR service the operator pays for.
- Malta (MGA) licence: the MGA’s Player Support Unit stopped ruling on individual disputes on 1 April 2019; use the ADR body named in the casino’s terms.
- In Australia: no Australian regulator handles complaints about offshore casinos, which should not be offering games to Australians at all. See our Australian responsible gambling page.

Frequently asked questions
How do I contact Casino Bros?
Email [email protected]. Put the page address in your message if it is about a specific article.
Can Casino Bros get my casino winnings paid?
No. We are a review site with no access to casino accounts. Complain to the casino first, then use the complaint route of the authority that licenses it.
Do you take paid reviews?
No. Casinos cannot buy a review, a score or the removal of a warning. Commercial enquiries are handled separately from editorial decisions.
