Republic of Ireland · 18+. Checked 23 October 2026. This is a published-source review; no deposits or withdrawals were tested.
BETDAQ should be read as a service-status record, rather than an active casino recommendation. Matchbook’s announcement of 14 October 2026 said the existing EPS-operated service would end trading on 21 October 2026, with accounts open for withdrawals until 4 November 2026. Both dates matter to existing Irish customers.
Irish operator and licence evidence
The GRAI register, updated 20 October 2026, lists Exchange Platform Solutions Limited under GRAI-0313-RB-26-0001. Its activity is Remote Betting, issued 2026-07-30 and due to expire 2029-07-29. The trading-name field reads Betdaq.
This record does not establish Irish online-casino gaming authorisation. Read the casino operating agreement and product-specific permission separately. GRAI’s current phasing guidance distinguishes gaming applications from its betting rollout.
The primary closure announcement
The buyer’s published statement confirms acquisition of the BETDAQ brand and gives the end-of-trading and withdrawal-access dates. Its transition page repeats the timetable. As this review is dated 23 October 2026, the stated trading deadline has passed. We do not display the former welcome commission campaign as claimable or direct readers to open a new BETDAQ gambling account.
Why an old promotion can mislead
The old BETDAQ promotion page remains publicly readable and describes a zero-commission exchange offer. Public availability of that older page does not override the newer service-status announcement. It also concerns exchange commission, rather than a casino cash bonus. A retained licence entry likewise does not establish that an operator is still taking new business after an announced closure.
What existing account holders should check
Use the official account route and review the operator’s current closure instructions. Record any available balance, pending withdrawal, unsettled bet and support reference without placing another bet to alter the account. Keep statements and communications relevant to an unresolved balance. If a displayed deadline or account instruction differs from an older article, obtain clarification through the operator’s verified support channel.
Irish betting and intermediary records
The current GRAI register records both Remote Betting and Remote Betting Intermediary entries for Exchange Platform Solutions Limited. The intermediary reference is GRAI-0313-RBI-26-0001; the betting reference is reproduced above. Those are product-scope records, not evidence that casino services remain open. Any future brand relaunch would require a fresh check of its company, terms and Irish availability rather than reusing this historical account context.
Limits of this status review
We have not logged into an account, tested a withdrawal or confirmed settlement of an individual position. The buyer’s statement establishes the published timetable, not the outcome of every account case. Read the latest official instructions and retain records needed to discuss an outstanding balance. This profile will need another check after the announced online-access window.
Common Irish question
Should I treat an old BETDAQ welcome offer as available now?
No. The later primary announcement says the existing EPS-operated service ended trading 21 October 2026. Older accessible marketing pages should not be used as current acquisition offers.
