Scroll down the homepage and you may just notice that KingCrab mentions some loyalty levels. However, if you click to see more details, there’s no information available at the moment. I can only deduce that this is still in development.

Customer support confirmed my suspicions: the VIP is in working order, which explains why it isn’t advertised properly on the website.

For future reference, the program will be based on a comp point system – players earn points each time they wager real funds on casino games. Earn enough points, gain a level, and with it, enjoy better perks.

You can also exchange points for prizes in the casino shop but the shop is also under construction. I’m sure it’s going to be great once it’s all been set up, but for now, we just have to wait and see.
