Slotastic is blocked in Australia. ACMA, the federal regulator, named it on 26 July 2023 among the illegal offshore gambling sites it had asked Australian internet providers to block, and slotastic.com is on ACMA’s published blocked list (checked 16 October 2026). We no longer recommend Slotastic to anyone in Australia. This review now covers what happened, what it means if you still have an account, and where to find casinos we review that do accept Australians.
No sugar-coating this one. Our old Slotastic review called it “a very legitimate online gambling website”. None of that matters once the regulator has blocked a site, so the rating and links are gone and the page now sticks to dated facts.
The casinos in the box at the top of this page are the alternatives we rechecked in October 2026: each accepts Australians and none is on ACMA’s blocked list. They are offshore sites without an Australian licence, so read their terms before you sign up. What Happened to Slotastic in Australia
Online casino games and online pokies cannot legally be offered to people in Australia. The Interactive Gambling Act 2001 makes that an offence for the operator, not the player, and bans the advertising too. ACMA polices the Act, and when an investigation finds an offshore site in breach it asks Australian internet service providers to block it. By 24 September 2026 the regulator counted 1,822 illegal gambling and affiliate sites blocked since it began in November 2019.
Slotastic was part of the batch ACMA announced on 26 July 2023. The block is not new: it dates back to July 2023, and our review should have caught up with it long before now.
A Site That Opens Is Not a Site That Is Allowed
Blocking is carried out by internet providers, not by the casino, so it does not catch every connection. If you see ACMA’s “website blocked” page, the domain is blocked. If you do not, your provider may not have applied the block yet, or you may have reached a mirror that is not on the list. Neither makes the casino legal to offer its games in Australia.
Using a VPN or picking another country at sign-up is a bad idea. Most offshore terms say a false location voids winnings, and you would be giving the casino a ready-made reason to refuse a payout.
If You Already Play at Slotastic
If you signed up before the block and still have money there, focus on getting it out cleanly and on keeping records.
- Stop depositing. Any new deposit adds to the amount at risk, so switch off saved cards and auto top-ups too.
- Take screenshots of your balance, pending withdrawals, bonus status and transaction history, with dates.
- Deal with any active bonus. Bonus money usually locks your balance until wagering is complete. If you only want your cash, ask support in writing to cancel the bonus first.
- Get verification done early. Offshore casinos hold payouts until ID, address and payment checks clear, so upload clear copies once and keep a record of when you sent them.
- Mind the withdrawal caps. Check the daily, weekly and monthly limits in the cashier or terms before you request a large amount, because a big balance may come out in instalments.
- Put the request in writing. Use live chat or email rather than phone, and save the transcripts.
- Know the dispute route. No Australian regulator, ombudsman or tribunal can order an offshore casino to pay. Our old review named a licence from Curaçao (later described as a Gaming Control Board licence); if the casino still shows a licence in its footer, that regulator’s complaints process is the only formal route left. If you paid by card, ask your bank about its dispute process, but do not expect a chargeback to succeed on gambling losses you authorised.

What Our Old Slotastic Review Said
For anyone comparing notes, these are the main points our previous Slotastic review made. They are recorded here as old claims; we have not rechecked them against Slotastic’s current pages, and they do not change its status.
- Operator: Galactic Affiliate Co. Ltd
- Licence: Curaçao (later described as a Gaming Control Board licence)
- Launched: 2009
- Welcome offer: a 250% first deposit bonus plus 50 free spins at 30x deposit plus bonus
- Verdict: Called it “a very legitimate online gambling website”
The licence point is the one that needs correcting. A licence from Curaçao (later described as a Gaming Control Board licence) lets a casino operate under that jurisdiction’s rules; it does not allow it to offer online casino games to people in Australia, and ACMA’s block applies whatever licence the casino holds.
Where to Look Instead
A casino now reaches our Australian list only if all of these hold on the day we check:
- None of its domains is on ACMA’s published blocked-websites list.
- The brand is not named in any of ACMA’s blocking releases.
- Its Australian lobby loads from an Australian connection and Australia is not on its restricted-country list.
- There is no “confirm you are outside Australia” declaration or similar trap in its pages.
OscarSpin, Nine Casino, Jet4Bet and Goldex passed those checks in October 2026. They are offshore with no Australian licence, so read the full reviews and terms first. Our safer casino guide covers the warning signs, and the Australian reviews hub shows the status of every brand we have rechecked.
Slotastic FAQ
Is Slotastic blocked in Australia?
Yes. ACMA named Slotastic in its media release of 26 July 2023, and its domain is on the published blocked list (checked 16 October 2026).
Is it illegal for me to play at Slotastic?
The IGA offence belongs to the operator, not the player. But you have no Australian regulator to help in a dispute, access can disappear at any time, and the casino’s own terms may let it void winnings if you are in a restricted location.
How do I withdraw my money from Slotastic?
Stop depositing, screenshot your balance, cancel any active bonus, complete verification and request the withdrawal in writing, keeping within the cashier limits. Save every support transcript.
Is Slotastic licensed?
Our old review gave the licence as Curaçao (later described as a Gaming Control Board licence), with the operator named as Galactic Affiliate Co. Ltd. We have not rechecked that for this update, and no offshore licence makes online casino games legal to offer in Australia.
Which casinos can I use instead of Slotastic?
OscarSpin, Nine Casino, Jet4Bet and Goldex accepted Australians and were not blocked or named by ACMA when we checked in October 2026. All are offshore with no Australian licence, so read their reviews and terms first.
Where can I get help with gambling?
