How’s it going, dawg? This is your boy Derrick coming at you with another online casino review.

Okay, dawg, time to join the big boy’s club. We ain’t kidding around here no more. It seems that syndicates and casinos go together like bad customer support and vaguely explained VIP terms. Or is that just this casino?

I gotta say, I had more trouble than I’d like to admit while reviewing Syndicate Casino. The casino looks and feels outdated and after talking to their customer support, what little faith I had in this casino is all but gone. Sit back, relax and enjoy your boy Derrick’s tragic tale about this gambling site.

Casino Review Details

Syndicate Casino came out in 2019 so it’s a pretty well-established casino at this point. The casino is owned and operated by Dama N.V. who are responsible for some of my favorite casinos. It has the good ol’ Curacao license standing tall and proud.

SSL protection is ready and waiting so you can relax knowing that your private deets are safe and sound. As for aesthetics, that’s a different story. My first impressions were that the Syndicate casino was themeless. The main homepage just had a bit of everything thrown around, but then I went to check out the VIP page and learned that this casino does have a theme. The theme is Mafia. Yes, apparently, you start off as a new member of the family and as you spend money you move up in ranks until you become the Godfather.

That aside, the overall UI could use a good makeover. The blocky menus and the overabundance of useless things on the webpage just scream “I’m an out-of-date casino.” Credit where it’s due, at least everything functions properly.

Country Restrictions

First, let’s get the bad news out of the way. The following countries aren’t allowed to create an account:

  • United States of America, United Kingdom, Spain, France, and its overseas territories, Netherlands, Israel, Lithuania, Dutch West Indies, Curacao, Gibraltar, Jersey, Greece, and Belgium.

With that said there are a lot of other restrictions for games and bonuses. For example, at the very bottom of the page, it says that players from Finland and Sweden can’t accept any bonuses. It’s things like these that always make me repeat how important it is to read the terms and conditions.

Syndicate Casino Bonuses

In terms of bonuses, Syndicate Casino has a bunch of them, dawg. Whether or not they are any good is a different topic. So, get this, if you visit the bonus page, you’ll be hit with a lot of windows, indicating that they have a bunch of bonuses, right? Well, three of those windows show the exact same bonus. Yeah, no joke, dawg. I’m used to seeing two of the same promotions here and there, but three of them? That’s gotta be some kind of a record. Let’s actually see these casino bonus offers.

Welcome Bonus

The welcome package consists of four different deposit bonuses. These are your standard match + free spins kind of bonuses.

First deposit bonus

  • 125% (up to €125) + 200 free spins
  • Minimum deposit: €20
  • Wagering requirements: 40x(bonus), 40x(winnings)
  • Free spins 25 for 8 days
  • Maximum bet amount: €5

Second deposit bonus

  • 75%(up to €250)
  • Minimum deposit: €20
  • Wagering requirements: 40x(bonus)
  • Maximum bet amount: €5

Third deposit bonus

  • 50% (up to €400)
  • Minimum deposit: €20
  • Wagering requirements: 40x(bonus)
  • Maximum bet amount: €5

Fourth deposit bonus

  • 100% (up to €225)
  • Minimum deposit: €20
  • Wagering requirements: 40x(bonus)
  • Maximum bet amount: €5

Other Bonuses

Syndicate casino offers types of promotions and bonuses available. Unfortunately, I can’t write about any of them because the family will put my feet in concrete and throw me off a bridge. That or I still haven’t received any of them via Email.

The Mafia Gives Regular Bonuses

This is a mysterious bonus that, apparently, appears every single week. After you’ve used up the sign up bonus, the mafia will send you an exclusive weekly bonus that you get to claim through your account. We don’t talk about what that bonus entails but what I’m sure of is that I’m not supposed to talk about it or the family will put me on ice.

Mid-week Bonuses

“Exclusive bonuses all week long” or so the website says. Another one of those exclusive bonuses that you can only get through email. Seriously, you’d think that the mafia would be able to tell you that you’ll get some free spins and a match bonus.

Credits

Finally, remember that bonus that appears three times? Yes, it’s this one, dawg. Actually, it’s just an advertisement for comp points. As you play games, you’ll earn comp points and using them you’ll be able to advance in VIP ranks and exchange them for prizes. The minimum amount of comp points needed to convert them is 100.

VIP Program

Naturally, the family has a place for everyone. Once you start, you’ll be doing dirty jobs on the street but as you progress and the Don starts noticing you, you’ll move up in the family. The VIP rewards bring a slew of the usual things such as: VIP manager for higher ranks, faster withdrawals and whatnot, however, you also get bonuses by reaching each new rank, which I do like, dawg. Let’s take a look at what we get when we are on good terms with the family.

  • Beginner – Reward: Welcome pack
  • Associate – Reward: 10 free spins
  • Gangster – Reward: 15 free spins
  • Capo – Reward: 20 free spins
  • Soto Capo – Reward: 40 free spins
  • Consigliere – Reward: 70 free spins
  • Underboss – Reward: 100 free spins
  • Boss – Reward: €50 free chip
  • Don – Reward: €100 free chip
  • Godfather – Reward: €250 free chip

Free Spins

By my estimate, there just may be plenty of opportunities to get free spins at Syndicate Casino but you’ll have to do a few dirty jobs. Firstly, the welcome bonus will give 25 free spins a day for 8 days, which is 200. After you make that fourth deposit, that’s when the floodgates will open, dawg.

You’ll get bonus spins through weekly bonuses and mid-week promotions. Not to mention, you can also collect a lot of free spins by progressing through the VIP ranks. Overall, not a bad place for free spins fans.

Slots

The Syndicate casino games library is a little messy. Firstly, because the side menu is always present, the icons are going to be oversized. Secondly, the new games won’t be organized according to date or release so you’ll actually have to go out of your way and research what’s old and what’s new. Finally, the table games library is just a mix of both table and live casino games just to make it look larger than it actually is. Overall, not impressed, dawg.

Software Providers

  • 1spin4win, 1×2 Gaming, 2by2, 4theplayer, Ainsworth, Amatic, Avatar, Baddingo, Bangbanggames, Bbgames, Belatra, BetgamesTv, BGaming, BigTimeGaming, Blueprint, Boomerangstudios, Booming Games, Betsoft Gaming, Bulletproof, Dreamtech, EGT, ELK, Endorphina, Evolution Gaming, Evoplay Entertainment, Ezugi, Foxium, GameArt, Gamevy, Genesis Gaming, Habanero, Hotrisegames, Iron Dog Studios, iSoftBet, Jaderabbit, JFTW, Lucky, Merkur, Microgaming, MrSlotty, Netent, Nolimit, Northernlights, Pariplay, Petersons, Platypus, Play’n Go, Pragmatic Play, Quickfire, Rabcat, Redrake, Reellifegames, Reelplay, Reflexgaming, Retrogaming, Spinomenal, Casino Technology, Thunderkick, Tripleedgestudios, TrueLab, Vivogaming, Wazdan, Yggdrasil.

Slot Games

Plenty of slots to go around, dawg. Even brand new ones, too. I was genuinely surprised when I took a closer look at some of these slots because many of them weren’t even a week old when I wrote this casino review online. You can find some really good things here using the helpful category and provider filters. As of writing this review, the following slots are hot:

  • Elvis Frog in Syndicate, Book of the Divine, Bonanza Billion, Mighty Gorilla, Aztec Spell

Table Games

When it comes to table games, Syndicate Casino is a mess. Dawg, you already have a section for live casino games, why do you have to put them with the non-live table games? If you actually dig through the slew of live casino games, you’ll find a couple of non-live games such as poker, roulette, blackjack, and a few others. Honestly, I’d avoid this category.

Jackpot Games

If you want jackpots, you’re gonna have to look for them yourself, dawg. Yeah, even though the casino has a section for bitcoin games and even other casino games, they couldn’t fit in a jackpot section. Well, naturally, you can find jackpot titles here but only by digging through the piles of regular slots or by using the software provider filters.

Live Casino Games

Just like in most modern online casinos, Syndicate Casino has a pretty rich live dealer games category. Despite this, there is little point in playing live games with an active bonus as you won’t be able to use your bonus money with any of the live games. However, if you don’t care about bonuses and only want to play roulette, blackjack, or other classic table games against a live dealer, you can do so here. They do have Evolution Gaming as a provider and that automatically means that their live casino library is a good one.

Mobile

The gambling site is optimized to work on mobile devices. Heck, even if its mobile deposit casino wasn’t optimized, it would still work thanks to the magic of HTML5. Yeah, having an online casino work on a mobile phone in today’s day and age isn’t as difficult as it was a decade ago.

Anyway, your boy Derrick tested the family casino on both Android and IOS devices, and both versions performed admirably. I was able to make a deposit, contact customer support, and play a few online slots. No complaints here, dawg.

Syndicate Casino Payment Methods

Customer Support

Now, for the moment you’ve been waiting for, dawg. This was your boy Derrick’s encounter with the Syndicate Casino customer support. As I do in all my other online casino reviews, I contacted the live chat support and was greeted by a cheerful support agent.

I asked a very simple question about how wagering for some bonuses work and then the fun began. The agent first wanted to ask me about my account, which I gave to them. Then they asked me about my country of origin, which I told them.

Finally, they told me to just read the promotions page, which I had already done. Basically, every time I asked a question and further explained it they avoided answering anything. Not to mention, it took them a good while just to give me the most generic answers possible. Highly unprofessional. I wouldn’t like to have to contact these guys when something went wrong, dawg.

Syndicate Casino Review Summary

Giving a summary is kind of hard. On one hand, there are a lot of great things about it but on the other, there are a lot of questionable choices. I’d say: Syndicate Casino is very meh.

The casino has a lot of content and it seems like it has its diehard fans. However, the casino looks like a relic from the past. I’m confident if these guys updated their casino site, their bonuses and hired some actual help, they could be top dogs in the online casino market.

As they are now, well, they aren’t horrible, but they certainly aren’t anything worth mentioning. As always, we got you, Bro!

Despite being rough trade, Derrick prefers to use sarcasm over fists because the parts of Atlanta he grew up in still consider it witchcraft. A.k.a. The Buff Dude, he’s a sucker for roulette, a total video game geek, and a beast when it comes to online casino security. We mainly hired him because he is scary AF but don’t tell him we said that.
