eZeeWallet is an online e-wallet that some offshore casinos accept for deposits and withdrawals, and Australia is not on its list of excluded countries in October 2026. Of the casinos we review for Australians, only Jet4Bet shows eZeeWallet on its Australian site right now, so that is the one brand we list. Before you sign up, know two numbers from eZeeWallet’s own FAQ: a 3% foreign exchange fee when currencies differ, and a deposit cap of EUR 150 a year until you verify your account.

Fair dinkum, an e-wallet is the closest thing to a separate pocket for your punting money. Your bank sees a transfer to eZeeWallet, the casino sees a wallet, and your card details stay put. Online casinos cannot hold an Australian licence, and under the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 offering them to Australians is an offence for the operator, not the player. If you need support, Gambling Help Online is free on 1800 858 858, and BetStop covers self-exclusion from licensed Australian wagering.

What eZeeWallet Is and Who Runs It

eZeeWallet describes itself as a product of Prime Pay Solutions Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of emerchantpay Group Limited in the UK. emerchantpay is a payments company that processes card and alternative payments for online merchants, including gaming businesses, which explains why eZeeWallet turns up in casino cashiers more often than in online shops.

Opening an account is free. eZeeWallet’s FAQ says any person aged 18 or older, or the age of legal capacity where they live if that is higher, can open an account with an active email address, provided they are from an accepted country. Its list of countries it does not serve runs to dozens of names, and Australia is not among them as of October 2026.

Three design choices shape how it works for casino players:

  • One currency per account. You choose the currency when you open the account and cannot change it later or hold several currencies. To switch, you close the account and open a new one.
  • Verification levels. Unverified (level 1) accounts are limited to cumulative deposits of EUR 150 a year. Verified (level 2) accounts can deposit up to EUR 15,000 a year.
  • Bank withdrawals. You can send money from eZeeWallet to a bank account where withdrawals are supported in your country and currency, with approval within two business days and arrival within up to seven.

eZeeWallet Casinos for Australians

We loaded each casino we review for Australians from an Australian connection between 6 and 8 October 2026, checked its domain against ACMA’s blocked list, and looked for eZeeWallet on its Australian pages. Jet4Bet was the only one showing it, in its site footer alongside Google Pay, bank transfer, Paysafecard, MiFinity and cards. The other four brands we verified for Australia (Goldex, Nine Casino, BDMBet and OscarSpin) did not show eZeeWallet, so they are not listed here.

Item Jet4Bet (from its AU terms)
eZeeWallet shown Yes, AU site footer (October 2026)
Minimum deposit 20 EUR or equivalent; A$30 for welcome bonus deposits
Minimum withdrawal 20 EUR/USD (30 CAD/NZD)
Withdrawal processing 0 to 24 hours by method; some web wallets up to 1 day
Weekly and monthly caps 3,000 and 15,000 EUR/USD (VIP 5,000 and 20,000)
Deposit play-through Each deposit wagered once before withdrawal
Third-party payments Prohibited: the wallet must be in your name
Welcome bonus Advertised on its AU homepage as A$22,500 + 350 spins over four deposits (A$3,000, A$4,500, A$9,000 and A$6,000 matches); 40x within 7 days per the welcome terms (50x on reloads)

Jet4Bet’s terms also tell players to contact support to ask which payment methods suit their country, which is sensible advice for any e-wallet: confirm eZeeWallet is active for Australian accounts in the cashier before you fund the wallet. Our Jet4Bet review covers games, bonuses and support.

Fees and Limits

eZeeWallet does not charge sign-up, monthly or annual fees as long as your account stays active. The costs that apply, per its FAQ:

Fee or limit Amount Notes
Account opening Free Email, age and accepted country required
Foreign exchange 3% When a transaction is in a different currency from your account; your card issuer may add its own charge
Inactivity EUR 5 a month After 6 months with no activity, until the balance reaches zero or you reactivate
Deposit (loading) fees Depends on location and method Shown in eZeeWallet’s fees and limits table
Withdrawal to bank Depends on location and method Shown in the fees and limits table; may not be available everywhere
Annual deposit limit, unverified EUR 150 cumulative Verification level 1
Annual deposit limit, verified EUR 15,000 cumulative Verification level 2

Worked example: the currency question

Suppose you open a EUR eZeeWallet because AUD is not offered for your region, load the equivalent of A$300, and deposit at a casino where your account is in AUD. Each currency change can cost 3%: about A$9 when the load is converted to euros, and about the same again if the casino converts your EUR deposit to AUD at its own rate. Round-trip that money back to an Australian bank account later and another conversion applies. On A$300, two or three conversions can cost A$18 to A$27 before you have played a hand. The fix is to keep every link in the chain in the same currency where you can: wallet, casino account and bank.

Worked example: verification limits

An unverified account can take in only EUR 150 in total over a year. If you deposit A$50 a week, you would hit that cap within about a month, at which point loads are refused until you verify. Verifying straight away lifts the annual cap to EUR 15,000 and avoids a stalled deposit mid-session.

How to Open and Verify an eZeeWallet Account

  1. Sign up on ezeewallet.com with your email, choose Australia as your country of residence and pick the account currency carefully, since it cannot be changed.
  2. Confirm your email by clicking the link eZeeWallet sends. Until you do, you cannot log in.
  3. Open the Verification tab once logged in.
  4. Upload proof of identity: an official ID card, passport or driver licence.
  5. Upload proof of address no older than three months, such as a utility bill, bank or credit card statement, or a document from a government authority.
  6. Add a selfie if prompted; eZeeWallet’s help centre describes a selfie step in its identity check.
  7. Load the wallet using one of the methods offered for your country, from a card or account in your own name. eZeeWallet does not allow loading with someone else’s card.

Depositing and Withdrawing at a Casino

Deposit

  1. Log in to Jet4Bet and open the cashier.
  2. Choose eZeeWallet and enter the amount; add JET1 if you want the first-deposit bonus and are depositing at least A$30.
  3. Log in to eZeeWallet in the window that opens and approve the payment.
  4. The balance usually updates within moments of approval.

Withdraw

  1. Make sure the deposit has been wagered once and your Jet4Bet account is verified.
  2. Request a withdrawal to eZeeWallet (minimum 20 EUR/USD). Jet4Bet says web wallets can take up to one day to process.
  3. Once the money is in eZeeWallet, transfer it to your bank account if withdrawals are supported for your country and currency. eZeeWallet approves bank withdrawals within two business days; your bank can take up to seven business days in total.

Expect a verification hold of up to 72 hours on your first casino withdrawal if Jet4Bet needs to check your identity. Our fast payout casinos page explains where the real waiting time sits.

How Safe Is eZeeWallet?

On the security side, eZeeWallet says logins, personal details and transactions are protected with encryption and firewalls, that card funding details are not stored in the wallet itself but secured under the PCI DSS card-industry standard, and that it runs velocity checks, fraud monitoring and risk filters. It also says it will never ask for sensitive information by email, so treat any such email as phishing and report it to support.

Safety also means knowing what the wallet cannot do. eZeeWallet cannot help you recover money from a casino that refuses to pay, and an e-wallet balance is not a bank deposit. Keep only what you plan to play with in the wallet, and move winnings to your bank once they arrive. Support replies typically within one to three business days, according to its FAQ, so it is not the place to park money you might need urgently.

Who eZeeWallet Suits

eZeeWallet suits a player who wants one wallet for casino money, plays at Jet4Bet or another site that supports it, and is happy to verify the account properly at the start. It suits people whose banks are touchy about gambling card payments, since the bank sees a wallet transfer instead.

It is less useful if you want to play at several of our listed casinos, because only Jet4Bet shows it. If you play elsewhere, Apple Pay or Google Pay for deposits plus crypto for withdrawals covers all five, as our payment methods hub explains.

Using an e-wallet is legal. Offering online casino games to Australians is not, and the offence sits with the operator under the Interactive Gambling Act 2001. ACMA has had 1,822 illegal gambling and affiliated websites blocked since November 2019 (as of 24 September 2026), and we drop any brand that appears on its list. Since 11 June 2024, licensed Australian wagering providers cannot take credit cards, credit-funded digital wallets or digital currency; offshore casinos are outside that rule, so load your e-wallet from a debit card or bank account, never credit. The ATO does not treat recreational gambling winnings as income. Read more in our safe casinos guide.

Staying in Control

An e-wallet balance can feel like it is not quite real money. It is. Set a deposit limit at the casino, keep the wallet balance small, and withdraw winnings to your bank rather than leaving them to be replayed. BetStop does not cover offshore casinos, so use the casino’s own self-exclusion if you need a break. More tools are on our responsible gaming page.
