DuoSpin has been blocked in Australia since 25 June 2026, when ACMA asked Australian internet providers to cut access to it. Two DuoSpin addresses are on ACMA’s published blocked list (duospin-9008.com and duospin.com, checked 16 October 2026). That is why this page is no longer a recommendation: it is a status review covering the block, your options as an existing player and the alternatives we have rechecked.
No sugar-coating this one. Our old DuoSpin review said Duospin was “here to show us a good time” with 5,000 games. We have pulled the rating and every sign-up link, and rebuilt the page from ACMA’s own records.
The alternatives listed at the top of this page all accepted Australians and were not on ACMA’s blocked list when we checked in October 2026. None holds an Australian licence, because Australia does not license online casinos. If gambling is causing you stress, call Gambling Help Online on 1800 858 858, free and any time.

What Happened to DuoSpin in Australia
Online casino games and online pokies cannot legally be offered to people in Australia. The Interactive Gambling Act 2001 makes that an offence for the operator, not the player, and bans the advertising too. ACMA polices the Act, and when an investigation finds an offshore site in breach it asks Australian internet service providers to block it. By 24 September 2026 the regulator counted 1,822 illegal gambling and affiliate sites blocked since it began in November 2019.
DuoSpin was part of the batch ACMA announced on 25 June 2026. The same release also covered 7Signs and SlotsGem, which we used to review as well. This is a recent block, and we updated the page once we confirmed it.
A Site That Opens Is Not a Site That Is Allowed
Blocking is carried out by internet providers, not by the casino, so it does not catch every connection. If you see ACMA’s “website blocked” page, the domain is blocked. If you do not, your provider may not have applied the block yet, or you may have reached a mirror that is not on the list. Neither makes the casino legal to offer its games in Australia.
Using a VPN or picking another country at sign-up is a bad idea. Most offshore terms say a false location voids winnings, and you would be giving the casino a ready-made reason to refuse a payout.
Already Have a DuoSpin Account? What to Do
If you joined before the block, the aim is simple: stop the money going in, get any balance out, and keep a paper trail in case something goes wrong.
- Stop depositing. Any new deposit adds to the amount at risk, so switch off saved cards and auto top-ups too.
- Take screenshots of your balance, pending withdrawals, bonus status and transaction history, with dates.
- Deal with any active bonus. Bonus money usually locks your balance until wagering is complete. If you only want your cash, ask support in writing to cancel the bonus first.
- Get verification done early. Offshore casinos hold payouts until ID, address and payment checks clear, so upload clear copies once and keep a record of when you sent them.
- Mind the withdrawal caps. Our old review recorded limits of A$10,500 to A$35,000 a month depending on VIP level. Check the current figure in the cashier before you request a large amount, because offshore casinos change these without notice, and a big balance may come out in instalments.
- Put the request in writing. Use live chat or email rather than phone, and save the transcripts.
- Know the dispute route. No Australian regulator, ombudsman or tribunal can order an offshore casino to pay. Our old review named a licence from Anjouan; if the casino still shows a licence in its footer, that regulator’s complaints process is the only formal route left. If you paid by card, ask your bank about its dispute process, but do not expect a chargeback to succeed on gambling losses you authorised.
BetStop, the National Self-Exclusion Register, does not cover offshore casinos, so if you want out for good, ask DuoSpin to close and exclude your account directly. For free, confidential support, Gambling Help Online is on 1800 858 858. Our responsible gaming page lists more services.
Our Old DuoSpin Review, Corrected
For anyone comparing notes, these are the main points our previous DuoSpin review made. They are recorded here as old claims; we have not rechecked them against DuoSpin’s current pages, and they do not change its status.
- Operator: Radiant Apex Limited
- Licence: Anjouan
- Launched: December 2024
- Withdrawal limits: A$10,500 to A$35,000 a month depending on VIP level
- Verdict: Said Duospin was “here to show us a good time” with 5,000 games
However the licence is described, it does not make DuoSpin legal for Australians. No foreign licence permits online casino games or pokies to be offered here, and the block shows ACMA has found DuoSpin in breach.
Where to Look Instead
Every brand on our Australian pages has to pass the same checks, and we rerun them regularly:
- None of its domains is on ACMA’s published blocked-websites list.
- The brand is not named in any of ACMA’s blocking releases.
- Its Australian lobby loads from an Australian connection and Australia is not on its restricted-country list.
- There is no “confirm you are outside Australia” declaration or similar trap in its pages.
The full reviews of OscarSpin, Nine Casino, Jet4Bet and Goldex explain what each one offers Australians and where the catches are. All four passed our October 2026 checks; all four are offshore. Our safer casino guide covers the warning signs, and the Australian reviews hub shows the status of every brand we have rechecked.
DuoSpin FAQ
Is DuoSpin blocked in Australia?
Yes. ACMA named DuoSpin in its media release of 25 June 2026, and 2 of its domains are on the published blocked list (checked 16 October 2026).
Is it illegal for me to play at DuoSpin?
The IGA offence belongs to the operator, not the player. But you have no Australian regulator to help in a dispute, access can disappear at any time, and the casino’s own terms may let it void winnings if you are in a restricted location.
How do I withdraw my money from DuoSpin?
Stop depositing, screenshot your balance, cancel any active bonus, complete verification and request the withdrawal in writing, keeping within the cashier limits. Save every support transcript.
Is DuoSpin licensed?
Our old review gave the licence as Anjouan, with the operator named as Radiant Apex Limited. We have not rechecked that for this update, and no offshore licence makes online casino games legal to offer in Australia.
Which casinos can I use instead of DuoSpin?
OscarSpin, Nine Casino, Jet4Bet and Goldex accepted Australians and were not blocked or named by ACMA when we checked in October 2026. All are offshore with no Australian licence, so read their reviews and terms first.
Where can I get help with gambling?
