New Online Casinos in Australia: Updated 16 October 2026

The newest casinos on our Australian list launched in 2024 and 2025, according to AskGamblers’ records: Goldex and Jet4Bet in 2025, and SlotLords in 2024. All three are run by Stable Tech N.V. under Curaçao licence OGL/2024/161/0191, and none of their domains appeared on the ACMA’s blocked-sites list when we checked on 16 October 2026, the date this list was last updated. Newer casinos tend to offer bigger welcome packages and fresher game lobbies, but they have short payout records, so start small and test a withdrawal early.

Legally, nothing changes because a site is new. No online casino is licensed in Australia, and the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 makes it illegal for any operator to offer online casino games to people here. Playing is not an offence for you, but no Australian regulator can help if a casino will not pay. The ACMA blocks illegal sites in regular rounds, and new brands are often blocked within a year or two of launch, which is exactly what happened to two casinos that sat on this page until this update.

Our New Casino Shortlist, October 2026

We rebuilt this list in October 2026 and cut it from five casinos to three. Lucky Hunter and RollXO are gone because the ACMA had already blocked them: Lucky Hunter in its 23 May 2024 round and RollXO in its 13 November 2024 round. Both brands still appear on the ACMA’s published list of blocked domains, along with numbered mirrors such as rollxo1.com to rollxo12.com. A casino that the regulator has told Australian internet providers to block does not belong on a recommendation list, however good its bonus looks.

Earlier versions of this page also presented 2020 casinos (BitKingz, Spin Samurai, Casino Rocket and Cobra) as “new”, and its top pick, Trips Casino, no longer has a working partner programme. Those brands are still covered in our casino reviews, but they do not belong here. We also left out recent launches that the ACMA has since blocked, including WinBay (December 2025), RetroBet (March 2026), Mafia Casino and Gransino (April 2026), and DuoSpin (June 2026).

Launch years come from AskGamblers’ “established” field. Operator press releases confirming them were not available, so treat the years as approximate. Welcome bonus figures on this page were read from each casino’s Australian promotions page and bonus terms through an Australian connection on 16 October 2026, so they are in Australian dollars. Withdrawal limits, payout times and studio lists are still the euro figures AskGamblers publishes, because the casinos do not show them to logged-out Australian visitors.

What changed at this update: all three welcome packages are now quoted from the Australian promotion pages in Australian dollars instead of euro figures, and Jet4Bet’s Australian bonus terms set 40x wagering on each welcome stage, lower than the 50x shown on AskGamblers’ listing. No new brand joined the list. We do not add a casino until we can read its terms from an Australian connection and confirm none of its domains is on the ACMA list.

Mini-Reviews of the Three New Casinos

Each review below covers launch year, operator, licence, games, payments, withdrawal limits and verification. We have not deposited at these sites for this update, so the figures come from the operators’ own Australian pages, AskGamblers’ listings and the Curaçao Gaming Authority certificate, not from our own test transactions.

Goldex Casino: Launched 2025

Goldex is the newest brand in the Stable Tech N.V. stable and the one with the largest headline package. Its Australian promotions page advertises 325% up to $57,000 plus 500 free spins over four deposits: 100% up to $6,000 plus 100 spins (code GOLDEX1), 100% up to $12,000 plus 100 spins (GOLDEX2), 50% up to $15,000 plus 100 spins (GOLDEX3) and 75% up to $24,000 plus 200 spins (GOLDEX4). Wagering is 40x. Its bonus terms, updated 29 September 2026, still list the stages in EUR/USD with a 20 EUR/USD minimum deposit, so confirm with support which amounts apply to an Australian account. A $57,000 ceiling is a number almost nobody will ever clear.

AskGamblers lists over 60 studios for the brand worldwide, Pragmatic Play, Evolution, NetEnt and Yggdrasil among them, but the Australian pokies lobby we viewed on 16 October 2026 led with BGaming, Playson, Booongo, Belatra and smaller studios (see the games section below). Banking options listed for the brand include Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, bank wire, Paysafecard, Skrill, Neteller, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin and Tether. AUD is one of the supported currencies. Goldex runs as an installable web app rather than a store app.

Jet4Bet Casino: Launched 2025

Jet4Bet pairs a casino with a sportsbook. Its Australian bonus terms (last updated 20 January 2026) set out four stages, each needing at least A$30 and a code: 100% up to A$3,000 plus 100 free spins (JET1), 100% up to A$4,500 (JET2), 50% up to A$9,000 plus 100 free spins (JET3) and 100% up to A$6,000 (JET4). Australian spins are paid on Coin Strike: Hold and Win at A$0.15 each. Bonus and spin winnings must be wagered 40x within seven days, and an unused bonus expires three days after it is credited. The homepage headline says A$22,500 plus 350 free spins; the terms itemise 200 spins, so count on 200.

AskGamblers lists more than 50 game providers worldwide, including Pragmatic Play, BGaming, Push Gaming, Yggdrasil and Playtech; for Australian accounts the welcome spins go to a Playson game rather than Pragmatic’s Gates of Olympus. Its cashier listing is the broadest of the three: Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank wire, Paysafecard, Neosurf, Skrill, Neteller and several cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether, Dogecoin, Litecoin and others). Australian dollars are supported.

SlotLords Casino: Launched 2024

SlotLords is the oldest of the three and leans on tournaments and prize drops. Its Australian promotions page shows up to $6,750 plus 300 free spins over four deposits: 100% up to $1,125 plus 100 spins (code FIRST), 75% up to $1,125 plus 100 spins (SECOND), 100% up to $1,500 plus 25 spins (THIRD) and 50% up to $3,000 plus 75 spins (FOURTH). AskGamblers lists 50x bonus wagering; its Australian bonus terms page did not load for us on 16 October 2026, so confirm the multiplier before you opt in. Smaller ceilings make the package easier to understand, but 50x would be the steepest wagering of the three.

AskGamblers lists more than 100 providers worldwide, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution, NetEnt and Yggdrasil, but SlotLords’ own terms bar Australians from Microgaming and Amatic games and quote NetEnt’s blacklist, which includes Australia. Payment options listed include Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Skrill, Neteller and crypto (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Dogecoin and Tether). Withdrawal limits are lower than at its sister sites, at €2,500 a week and €12,000 a month. Our earlier review found some responsible gambling tools missing from the account area, while AskGamblers now lists deposit limits, cooling-off and self-exclusion, so check the limits page yourself before depositing.

Comparison Table: New Casinos at a Glance

Read the table as a set, not three separate choices. All three share one operator, one licence, one cashier design and one support model. Bonus figures are the Australian ones from 16 October 2026; caps and minimum withdrawals are AskGamblers’ euro listings. Pick on bonus size and wagering, but expect the same verification rules and the same risk profile at each.

One Licence, Fourteen Brands: What the Certificate Shows

We looked up Stable Tech N.V.’s licence on the Curaçao Gaming Authority’s own certificate page (cert.cga.cw). It confirms that the company, registered in Curaçao under company number 160129, has held licence OGL/2024/161/0191 since 16 July 2024, with the licence status shown as active. The certificate lists the domains approved under that licence, and they cover fourteen brand names: Goldex, Hollywin, Jet4Bet, Joo Casino, Lucky Hunter, MateSlots, N1Bet, RetroBet, RollXO, SlotLords, SlotLounge, SlotMafia, Spirit Casino and Vegas Hunter.

Cross-checking those names against the ACMA’s published block list tells you a lot. Eight of the fourteen have domains on it: Joo Casino, Lucky Hunter, N1Bet, RetroBet, RollXO, SlotLounge, SlotMafia and Spirit Casino. Goldex, Jet4Bet and SlotLords are not on the list today, but their sister brands have been blocked one after another. Treat that as a real risk to any balance you build up.

There is a second detail worth knowing. The Australian sign-up pages our links lead to sit on goldexcasino.live, jet4bet.live and slotlords.co. None of those three addresses is on the certificate’s approved-domain list, which names .com addresses (goldexcasino.com, jet4bet.com, slotlords.com and numbered variants). Blocked sister brands followed the same pattern: retrobet.live and rollxo.live are both on the ACMA list. Mirror domains like these are how offshore operators keep serving Australians after a block, and they are one reason a Curaçao licence offers so little practical protection here.

How to Check a Casino Licence, Step by Step

A licence claim in a footer proves nothing until you have matched it on the regulator’s own site. Ten minutes with the following steps will catch most fake or borrowed licences.

1. Find the footer details. Scroll to the bottom of the casino and note the company name, company number, licence number and regulator. Legitimate sites show all four.
2. Click the seal, then check the address bar. For a Curaçao licence, the seal should open a certificate on cert.cga.cw, the Curaçao Gaming Authority’s domain. Seals that open an image, a PDF on the casino’s own server, or a look-alike domain is a warning sign.
3. Match the company. The certificate’s company name and number must match the casino’s terms and conditions. Stable Tech N.V. and company number 160129 is the match for the three casinos on this page.
4. Check the status and date. Look for “Granted” and “Active”, and note when the licence was issued. Curaçao moved to direct licences from the Curaçao Gaming Authority under the National Ordinance on Games of Chance (LOK), which took effect on 24 December 2024; numbers in the OGL/2024/… or OGL/2025/… format belong to the new system.
5. Find the exact domain. Search the certificate’s approved-domain list for the address in your browser. A missing domain does not prove fraud, but it does mean the site you are using is not one the regulator has named.
6. Repeat for other regulators. For a Malta Gaming Authority claim, search the licensee register on mga.org.mt by company name or URL. Anjouan licences are normally checked through a numbered certificate and validator page linked from the seal; if the seal links nowhere, treat the claim as unverified.
7. Check the ACMA lists. Search the ACMA’s blocked gambling websites page for the brand and its domains, and read the latest blocking announcements on acma.gov.au.
8. Remember what the ACMA register covers. The ACMA’s register of licensed interactive wagering providers lists Australian-licensed bookmakers such as bet365 and Betfair. No online casino appears there, because none can be licensed for Australia.

Australian Law: What the Interactive Gambling Act Actually Says

The Interactive Gambling Act 2001 makes it illegal for gambling providers to offer certain online services to people in Australia. According to the ACMA, banned services include online casinos, in-play sports betting, sports betting services without an Australian licence, and betting on the outcome of a lottery. Banned services must not be advertised in Australia either.

Those obligations fall on operators. Australians who play at an offshore casino do not commit an offence under the Act. That sounds reassuring, but the flip side matters more: the ACMA warns that our laws cannot help if something goes wrong, such as an operator withholding winnings. There is no Australian ombudsman for an offshore casino, and a Curaçao complaint process is slow and limited.

Reform is continuing. The Interactive Gambling Amendment (Gambling Reform) Act 2026 received Royal Assent on 26 August 2026. The ACMA says it includes a global opt-out register for gambling advertising, limits on inducements and stronger powers to take down illegal gambling services and their advertisements. Most of the reforms commence on 1 January 2027.

ACMA Blocking: Dates and Numbers

The ACMA made its first blocking request to Australian internet service providers in November 2019, using its powers under section 313 of the Telecommunications Act 1997. In its most recent round, announced on 24 September 2026, it asked ISPs to block Bet Ninja, Riobet188, ThePokies33, Spade69 and WinShark. That announcement put the running total at 1,822 illegal gambling and affiliate websites blocked since November 2019, and noted that over 230 illegal services have pulled out of the Australian market since enforcement of the 2017 rules began.

Look at the totals. Around 850 sites were added in the 28 months between May 2024 and September 2026, so a new brand with no block today can still be caught by next quarter. A block stops Australian ISPs resolving the named domain. Your account and balance sit with the operator, not the domain, but reaching them may then depend on a mirror site, and the ACMA advises people to avoid such sites altogether.

Why New Casinos Are Riskier

Newness is not a flaw in itself, but it removes the evidence you would normally rely on. Here is where the extra risk comes from.

Short Track Record

An established casino has years of player complaints, resolved disputes and payout reports you can read. A 2025 launch has a few months of them. Problems with slow withdrawals, stalled verification or voided winnings usually show up after the first big wins, which can take a year to accumulate.

Mirror Domains

Offshore casinos that serve Australians often run several near-identical addresses, as the RollXO and RetroBet entries on the ACMA list show. When one domain is blocked, players are directed to another. That keeps the site reachable but makes it harder to tell the genuine casino from a copycat, and bookmarking an old link can land you on a clone.

Rebrands and Brand Families

Most new casinos are new brands on an existing platform. Operator groups launch fresh names with new colours and bonus banners while the cashier and terms stay the same. That can help (the payment process is already tested) but it can also hide history: a brand launched after a sister site was blocked looks fresh even when the company behind it is not. Check the operator name in the footer and search our reviews for its other brands before trusting a “brand new” label.

Untested Terms

Launch terms are often rewritten in the first year. Withdrawal caps, bonus rules and dormant-account fees can change, so save a copy of the terms the day you sign up.

Red Flags at New Casinos

• No named operating company, company number or licence number in the footer
• A licence seal that does not open a certificate on the regulator’s own domain
• A certificate whose approved domains do not include the site you are on
• Sister brands from the same operator on the ACMA’s blocked list
• Bonus rules that contradict the banner, or wagering that applies to deposit plus bonus without saying so clearly
• No published withdrawal limits or processing times
• PayID or bank-transfer details that show a payee name unrelated to the casino
• Pressure to deposit more to “unlock” a withdrawal, or requests for remote access to your device
• Support that cannot explain basic wagering rules
• Claims of “guaranteed wins”, “risk-free” play or “fully legal in Australia”

Withdrawal Limits in Practice

Weekly caps look generous until you win big. Suppose you turn a small deposit into a €20,000 balance at Jet4Bet. With a standard €3,000 weekly limit, the casino can pay you €3,000 a week, so the full amount takes seven weekly payments, close to two months. The €15,000 monthly cap would not bind first in that case, because four or five weekly payments of €3,000 stay within it or only just reach it.

SlotLords is slower for the same win. At €2,500 a week and €12,000 a month, €20,000 needs eight weekly payments. Goldex matches Jet4Bet at €3,000 a week. VIP status at Goldex and Jet4Bet raises the weekly figure to €5,000, cutting the same payout to four weeks.

Two practical points follow. First, a balance waiting in a casino account is exposed to everything that can go wrong in the meantime, including a new ACMA block that sends you hunting for a mirror domain. Second, cancelling a pending withdrawal to keep playing restarts the clock. If you win more than one week’s limit, request the maximum each week and leave it alone.

What You Give Up at an Offshore Casino

Australian-licensed wagering providers must follow consumer protections that offshore casinos do not. Comparing them shows what is missing when you play at a new offshore site.

Nothing in that table makes a licensed bookmaker a casino substitute, since online casino games cannot be licensed here at all. It does explain why the ACMA keeps telling Australians that an offshore site that looks legitimate is still unlikely to have the protections they expect.

If a New Casino Will Not Pay

1. Collect evidence. Save screenshots of your balance, the withdrawal request, the terms in force when you claimed any bonus, and every support chat.
2. Ask for the reason in writing. Request the specific term the casino relies on. Vague answers such as “security review” without a timeline are worth challenging politely but firmly.
3. Escalate to the operator’s complaints address. Most terms list one separate from live chat. Quote the licence number and company name.
4. Contact the licensing regulator. For Stable Tech’s brands that is the Curaçao Gaming Authority. Expect a slow process with no guarantee of a result.
5. Report the site to the ACMA. Its interactive gambling complaint form accepts reports about illegal offshore services, and you can stay anonymous. The ACMA will not recover your money, but reports feed its blocking rounds.
6. Talk to your bank. For recent card or transfer payments, ask whether any dispute option exists. Chargebacks rarely apply to money you deposited and then gambled, and instant transfers are hard to recall.

The best protection is still the earlier one: small deposits, early KYC and a test withdrawal before you build a balance.

Payments for Australian Players

Getting money in and out is where new offshore casinos cause Australians the most trouble. Each method has its own catch. Our casino payment methods guide covers each option in more detail.

The Credit Card Ban (From 11 June 2024)

From 11 June 2024, licensed online and telephone wagering operators in Australia have been banned from accepting credit cards, funds linked to a credit card (including digital wallets) and digital currency such as crypto. Parliament set this up in the Interactive Gambling Amendment (Credit and Other Measures) Act 2023, which gave operators a six-month transition after Royal Assent, and the government said penalties of up to $234,750 could apply for breaches. Its scope is interactive wagering services such as bookmakers, including on-course bookmakers, but not lotteries.

Be precise about what that means for casinos. Those rules were written for licensed wagering services, because offshore online casinos are already prohibited from offering their services to Australians at all. An offshore casino that takes your credit card is not exploiting a loophole; it is operating illegally in the first place. Many Australian banks also decline card payments to gambling merchants, and card withdrawals at offshore casinos are often unavailable even when deposits go through.

PayID and Osko: How It Really Works

PayID is an addressing service on the New Payments Platform, letting you pay to an email address, phone number or ABN instead of a BSB and account number, with Osko delivering the money in near real time. Australian Payments Plus, which runs PayID, highlights one safety feature: you see the name of the account holder before you confirm the payment.

Offshore casinos cannot simply open an Australian account in their own name, so “PayID deposits” are usually handled by third-party payment agents. The payee name you see may belong to a company or person with no obvious link to the casino. That is the moment to stop and think, because instant transfers are hard to recover if something goes wrong. Withdrawals by PayID are less common than deposits; check the withdrawal tab, not just the deposit tab.

Banks are also tightening up. CommBank offers a self-service lock that blocks gambling transactions on eligible credit and debit cards through its app or NetBank, with a 48-hour cooling-off period before the lock can be switched off. A card lock may not cover a bank transfer to a payment agent, so ask your bank what its gambling block includes. We could not confirm PayID at Goldex, Jet4Bet or SlotLords from their public payment listings; open the cashier to see what is offered to Australian accounts. Our PayID guide has more detail.

Crypto: Fast, but With Its Own Risks

Crypto is standard at new offshore casinos, and all three on this page list Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin and Tether. Once a withdrawal is approved, it is usually the fastest route out. The downsides are real, though. Transfers cannot be reversed, sending on the wrong network can lose the funds, and some welcome bonuses exclude crypto deposits.

Tax is the other point people miss. The ATO treats crypto assets as CGT assets, and it says that disposing of a crypto asset for gambling purposes is still a CGT event. Using Bitcoin that has risen in value to fund a deposit can therefore create a capital gain, even though recreational gambling winnings are generally not taxed. E-wallets, Vouchers and the End of POLi

Skrill, Neteller and prepaid vouchers such as Paysafecard and Neosurf appear in the cashier listings for these brands. Vouchers work for deposits only, so you still need a withdrawal method. POLi is no longer available: it closed in Australia on 30 September 2023.

Which New Casino Pays Fastest?

On published figures, SlotLords lists the shortest e-wallet and crypto processing time of the three: up to 24 hours pending, then 0 to 1 hour to process. Goldex and Jet4Bet list e-wallet payouts within 0 to 24 hours. Card and bank-transfer withdrawals take days at all three, from 1 to 5 days for cards at Goldex up to 3 to 10 days for bank transfers. These are the operators’ stated times, not our test results.

In practice, verification decides your first payout more than the method does. A withdrawal cannot be processed until KYC is complete, and SlotLords alone quotes up to 72 hours for that. Wagering Maths: A Worked Example

Say you deposit A$100 and take a 100% match. You now have A$100 of your own money and A$100 of bonus funds.

• At Goldex or Jet4Bet (40x): 40 × A$100 = A$4,000 in eligible bets before the bonus converts to cash.
• At SlotLords (50x on AskGamblers’ listing): 50 × A$100 = A$5,000 in eligible bets.

Next, estimate what that wagering costs. On pokies with a 96% return to player, the house edge is 4%, so the expected loss on A$4,000 of bets is about A$160 and on A$5,000 about A$200. Both figures are larger than the A$100 bonus. On average, then, a player who sets out to clear either bonus ends up behind, and only short-term variance (a lucky streak) turns a profit.

Now the time cost. At A$1 a spin, A$5,000 of wagering means 5,000 spins, several hours of play. Raising the stake to finish faster runs into the maximum-bet rule that most bonus terms include. Taken together, a smaller bonus at lower wagering, or no bonus at all, is often the better choice at a new casino where you mainly want to test a withdrawal.

No Deposit Offers and Free Spins

Reloads and VIP

A regular calendar of reload bonuses and cashback suggests a casino plans to keep players, not just sign them up. VIP schemes are the least proven part of a new casino. At Goldex and Jet4Bet, VIP status lifts the withdrawal cap from €3,000 to €5,000 a week, which is the kind of concrete rule worth looking for.
