NeoSpin is blocked in Australia. ACMA, the federal regulator, named it on 24 November 2022 among the illegal offshore gambling sites it had asked Australian internet providers to block, and 10 NeoSpin domains are on ACMA’s published blocked list, including neospin.com and neospin1.com (checked 16 October 2026). We no longer recommend NeoSpin to anyone in Australia. This review now covers what happened, what it means if you still have an account, and where to find casinos we review that do accept Australians.

Time for a straight answer, Bros. Our old NeoSpin review called Curaçao “a legit one” and praised how clearly NeoSpin displayed its licence. That no longer holds for anyone in Australia, so we have removed the rating and our links and rewritten the page around what the regulator has published.

The alternatives listed at the top of this page all accepted Australians and were not on ACMA’s blocked list when we checked in October 2026. None holds an Australian licence, because Australia does not license online casinos. If gambling is causing you stress, call Gambling Help Online on 1800 858 858, free and any time.

How NeoSpin Ended Up on ACMA’s Blocked List

Australia does not license online casinos. Under the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (IGA), offering online casino games or online pokies to people in Australia is an offence for the operator, and advertising them is banned as well. The Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) enforces the Act, and one of its main tools is website blocking: it asks Australian internet providers to block sites it has found in breach. ACMA reported 1,822 sites blocked since November 2019, as of 24 September 2026.

NeoSpin was part of the batch ACMA announced on 24 November 2022. The same release also covered BC.Game and Oshi Casino, which we used to review as well. The list now holds 10 addresses for the brand. That pattern usually means the casino keeps switching to fresh mirror domains as the old ones are blocked, and ACMA keeps adding the mirrors as it finds them. The block is not new: it dates back to November 2022, and our review should have caught up with it long before now.

If NeoSpin Still Loads on Your Connection

Blocking is carried out by internet providers, not by the casino, so it does not catch every connection. If you see ACMA’s “website blocked” page, the domain is blocked. If you do not, your provider may not have applied the block yet, or you may have reached a mirror that is not on the list. Neither makes the casino legal to offer its games in Australia.

Do not use a VPN to get around a block or a casino’s country rules. Offshore casino terms routinely treat a disguised location as a breach and let the casino keep any winnings and close the account.

Still Holding a Balance at NeoSpin?

If you signed up before the block and still have money there, focus on getting it out cleanly and on keeping records.

  1. Stop topping up. Every new deposit adds to what you could lose if the account is frozen.
  2. Screenshot everything: balance, active bonuses, pending withdrawals and your transaction history, with the date showing.
  3. Check whether a bonus is running. Withdrawing during wagering normally forfeits the bonus and its winnings, and some casinos block the withdrawal altogether. Ask support in writing to remove it if you just want your cash.
  4. Complete verification once, properly. Expect to send photo ID, proof of address and proof of payment. Send clear copies, keep the originals and note the date.
  5. Mind the withdrawal caps. Check the daily, weekly and monthly limits in the cashier or terms before you request a large amount, because a big balance may come out in instalments.
  6. Request the withdrawal in writing through live chat or email, and save every transcript.
  7. Know the dispute route. No Australian regulator, ombudsman or tribunal can order an offshore casino to pay. Our old review named a licence from Curaçao Gaming Control Board; if the casino still shows a licence in its footer, that regulator’s complaints process is the only formal route left. If you paid by card, ask your bank about its dispute process, but do not expect a chargeback to succeed on gambling losses you authorised.

If chasing a balance is affecting your sleep, money or relationships, call Gambling Help Online on 1800 858 858. BetStop, the national self-exclusion register, covers licensed Australian wagering providers only, so ask NeoSpin support to close your account as well. Our Old NeoSpin Review, Corrected

For anyone comparing notes, these are the main points our previous NeoSpin review made. They are recorded here as old claims; we have not rechecked them against NeoSpin’s current pages, and they do not change its status.

  • Operator: Hollycorn N.V.
  • Licence: Curaçao Gaming Control Board
  • Launched: 2022
  • Verdict: Called Curaçao “a legit one” and praised how clearly NeoSpin displayed its licence

The licence point is the one that needs correcting. A licence from Curaçao Gaming Control Board lets a casino operate under that jurisdiction’s rules; it does not allow it to offer online casino games to people in Australia, and ACMA’s block applies whatever licence the casino holds.

Where to Look Instead

A casino now reaches our Australian list only if all of these hold on the day we check:

  1. None of its domains is on ACMA’s published blocked-websites list.
  2. The brand is not named in any of ACMA’s blocking releases.
  3. Its Australian lobby loads from an Australian connection and Australia is not on its restricted-country list.
  4. There is no “confirm you are outside Australia” declaration or similar trap in its pages.

OscarSpin, Nine Casino, Jet4Bet and Goldex passed those checks in October 2026. They are offshore with no Australian licence, so read the full reviews and terms first. Our safer casino guide covers the warning signs, and the Australian reviews hub shows the status of every brand we have rechecked.

NeoSpin FAQ

Has ACMA blocked NeoSpin?

Yes. ACMA named NeoSpin in its media release of 24 November 2022, and 10 of its domains are on the published blocked list (checked 16 October 2026).

Can Australians legally play at NeoSpin?

The IGA offence belongs to the operator, not the player. But you have no Australian regulator to help in a dispute, access can disappear at any time, and the casino’s own terms may let it void winnings if you are in a restricted location.

Can I still get my money out of NeoSpin?

Stop depositing, screenshot your balance, cancel any active bonus, complete verification and request the withdrawal in writing, keeping within the cashier limits. Save every support transcript.

Is NeoSpin licensed?

Our old review gave the licence as Curaçao Gaming Control Board, with the operator named as Hollycorn N.V.. We have not rechecked that for this update, and no offshore licence makes online casino games legal to offer in Australia.

What are the alternatives to NeoSpin for Australians?

OscarSpin, Nine Casino, Jet4Bet and Goldex accepted Australians and were not blocked or named by ACMA when we checked in October 2026. All are offshore with no Australian licence, so read their reviews and terms first.
