We no longer recommend Wolf Winner to Australian players, because ACMA has blocked it. The regulator’s media release of 21 September 2022 named Wolf Winner among offshore casinos it had found breaching the Interactive Gambling Act, and eight Wolf Winner domains are on ACMA’s published blocked list, including wolfwinner.casino and wolfwinner.co (checked 16 October 2026). Below you’ll find the dated status, what to do with any money still in an account, and the casinos we have rechecked as alternatives.

Righto, here’s where things stand. Our old Wolf Winner review said the overall experience “remains strong”. We have pulled the rating and every sign-up link, and rebuilt the page from ACMA’s own records.

The alternatives listed at the top of this page all accepted Australians and were not on ACMA’s blocked list when we checked in October 2026. None holds an Australian licence, because Australia does not license online casinos. If gambling is causing you stress, call Gambling Help Online on 1800 858 858, free and any time.

How Wolf Winner Ended Up on ACMA’s Blocked List

Online casino games and online pokies cannot legally be offered to people in Australia. The Interactive Gambling Act 2001 makes that an offence for the operator, not the player, and bans the advertising too. ACMA polices the Act, and when an investigation finds an offshore site in breach it asks Australian internet service providers to block it. By 24 September 2026 the regulator counted 1,822 illegal gambling and affiliate sites blocked since it began in November 2019.

Wolf Winner was part of the batch ACMA announced on 21 September 2022. The list now holds 8 addresses for the brand. That pattern usually means the casino keeps switching to fresh mirror domains as the old ones are blocked, and ACMA keeps adding the mirrors as it finds them. The block is not new: it dates back to September 2022, and our review should have caught up with it long before now.

A Site That Opens Is Not a Site That Is Allowed

ACMA’s blocks are applied by each internet provider against specific addresses, and offshore casinos rotate between mirror domains, so a blocked brand can still open on some connections. That tells you nothing about whether it is allowed to serve you. It is not, and the risks below apply either way.

Using a VPN or picking another country at sign-up is a bad idea. Most offshore terms say a false location voids winnings, and you would be giving the casino a ready-made reason to refuse a payout.

Still Holding a Balance at Wolf Winner?

If you joined before the block, the aim is simple: stop the money going in, get any balance out, and keep a paper trail in case something goes wrong.

  1. Stop depositing. Any new deposit adds to the amount at risk, so switch off saved cards and auto top-ups too.
  2. Take screenshots of your balance, pending withdrawals, bonus status and transaction history, with dates.
  3. Deal with any active bonus. Bonus money usually locks your balance until wagering is complete. If you only want your cash, ask support in writing to cancel the bonus first.
  4. Get verification done early. Offshore casinos hold payouts until ID, address and payment checks clear, so upload clear copies once and keep a record of when you sent them.
  5. Mind the withdrawal caps. Check the daily, weekly and monthly limits in the cashier or terms before you request a large amount, because a big balance may come out in instalments.
  6. Put the request in writing. Use live chat or email rather than phone, and save the transcripts.
  7. Know the dispute route. No Australian regulator, ombudsman or tribunal can order an offshore casino to pay. Our old review named a licence from Curaçao eGaming; if the casino still shows a licence in its footer, that regulator’s complaints process is the only formal route left. If you paid by card, ask your bank about its dispute process, but do not expect a chargeback to succeed on gambling losses you authorised.

BetStop, the National Self-Exclusion Register, does not cover offshore casinos, so if you want out for good, ask Wolf Winner to close and exclude your account directly. For free, confidential support, Gambling Help Online is on 1800 858 858. Our responsible gaming page lists more services.

What Our Old Wolf Winner Review Said

Our earlier review made the following points. We list them so returning readers can see what has changed, not as a current description of Wolf Winner, and we have not reverified them for this update.

  • Licence: Curaçao eGaming
  • Launched: 2021
  • Welcome offer: a welcome bonus at 50x, valid 14 days, from a $20 deposit
  • Verdict: Said the overall experience “remains strong”

However the licence is described, it does not make Wolf Winner legal for Australians. No foreign licence permits online casino games or pokies to be offered here, and the block shows ACMA has found Wolf Winner in breach.

Casinos We Review That Accept Australians

Every brand on our Australian pages has to pass the same checks, and we rerun them regularly:

  1. None of its domains is on ACMA’s published blocked-websites list.
  2. The brand is not named in any of ACMA’s blocking releases.
  3. Its Australian lobby loads from an Australian connection and Australia is not on its restricted-country list.
  4. There is no “confirm you are outside Australia” declaration or similar trap in its pages.

The full reviews of OscarSpin, Nine Casino, Jet4Bet and Goldex explain what each one offers Australians and where the catches are. All four passed our October 2026 checks; all four are offshore. Our safer casino guide covers the warning signs, and the Australian reviews hub shows the status of every brand we have rechecked.

Wolf Winner FAQ

Is Wolf Winner blocked in Australia?

Yes. ACMA named Wolf Winner in its media release of 21 September 2022, and 8 of its domains are on the published blocked list (checked 16 October 2026).

Is it illegal for me to play at Wolf Winner?

The IGA offence belongs to the operator, not the player. But you have no Australian regulator to help in a dispute, access can disappear at any time, and the casino’s own terms may let it void winnings if you are in a restricted location.

How do I withdraw my money from Wolf Winner?

Stop depositing, screenshot your balance, cancel any active bonus, complete verification and request the withdrawal in writing, keeping within the cashier limits. Save every support transcript.

Is Wolf Winner licensed?

Our old review gave the licence as Curaçao eGaming. We have not rechecked that for this update, and no offshore licence makes online casino games legal to offer in Australia.

Which casinos can I use instead of Wolf Winner?

OscarSpin, Nine Casino, Jet4Bet and Goldex accepted Australians and were not blocked or named by ACMA when we checked in October 2026. All are offshore with no Australian licence, so read their reviews and terms first.

Where can I get help with gambling?
