McLuck Casino is a US social sweepstakes casino run by B-Two Operations Limited, an Isle of Man company, where you play with free or purchased Gold Coins for fun and with free Sweeps Coins that can be redeemed for cash or gift card prizes once you are verified. Players must be 21 or older and outside McLuck’s excluded states, which numbered 18 on its help centre on 25 October 2026. Cash prizes start at 75 qualifying Sweeps Coins and gift cards at 10, with each coin worth $1 in prize value.
That is the short version. The long version matters, because most McLuck questions people search for (how long redemptions take, why a request sits on “pending”, whether a promo code is worth using) come down to a handful of rules buried in the operator’s Sweepstakes Rules and Terms of Service. The Casino Bros crew read those rules line by line so you do not have to squint at legal text on your phone. Everything below comes from McLuck’s own pages, dated, with no rating and no secret code from us.

Who runs McLuck?
McLuck.com is owned and operated by B-Two Operations Limited, incorporated in the Isle of Man under registration number 021483V. The registered office printed in the site footer, the Terms of Service and the Sweepstakes Rules is Third Floor, 34 Hope Street, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 1AP. One older help article still shows a previous address on North Quay in Douglas; the footer and the current rules carry the Hope Street address, so treat that one as current.
Payments are handled by a separate company. McLuck names B2 Services OÜ, an Estonian company (number 16579410, Tornimae 5, Tallinn), as its payment services agent. On your card statement, though, the Terms say a purchase appears as “B-Two Operations Limited”. The iOS app on the App Store lists B2Services OU as its seller, which matches the payment agent’s name.
B-Two also sponsors the sweepstakes itself. Under section 1.1 of the Sweepstakes Rules, the “Sponsor” is the same Isle of Man company, and its decisions on entries and prizes are described as final and binding. The rules also say McLuck runs pooled “Social Jackpots” across “our brands”, which tells you the company operates more than one social casino, although McLuck’s own pages do not name the sister sites.
Is McLuck licensed?
No state gaming licence applies, because McLuck does not present itself as a casino in the legal sense. It runs as a promotional sweepstakes: you can always play without paying, Sweeps Coins cannot be bought, and prizes come from a free-entry promotion that a Gold Coin purchase merely accompanies. That structure is why the site carries “No Purchase Necessary. Void where prohibited by law” on every page. It is also why states that dislike the model have moved to ban it outright, which we cover in the state section below and in our sweepstakes legal states guide.
How McLuck works: Gold Coins vs Sweeps Coins
Two currencies run side by side, and keeping them apart is the single most useful thing to understand before you sign up.
- Gold Coins (GC) are for standard social play. You get them free (sign-up reward, daily rewards, social giveaways) or in packages you purchase. McLuck’s Terms say Virtual Coins are non-redeemable, non-transferable and carry no cash value, and its responsible-play page puts it bluntly: Gold Coins may never be redeemed for real money or real goods.
- Sweeps Coins (SC) are the promotional entries. The Sweepstakes Rules say they are obtained completely free, cannot be purchased and have no value in themselves. You use them to play “Sweepstakes Games” for a chance to win more SC, and SC won through play may be redeemed for a cash prize or a gift card prize at $1.00 per qualifying coin.
Each spin counts as its own sweepstakes. Section 1.3 of the rules says the Sweepstakes Period starts at the beginning of each spin and ends when that spin finishes, which is a neat legal device: every round is a separate promotional contest rather than a stake on a casino game.
When you purchase a Gold Coin package, some packages include “complimentary” Sweeps Coins at no extra cost. That is how most players end up with an SC balance. The rules list it as one of eight ways to collect SC, next to free routes such as the daily login and the mail-in request, so the purchase is never the only door.
Switching modes in the lobby
Your balances sit in the top-right corner of the screen on both the website and the app. Games can be launched in GC mode or SC mode. Only play in SC mode can win more Sweeps Coins; a GC win, however large, stays in the Gold Coin balance. McLuck also offers “Exclusive GC Games” that unlock with certain packages, and those are Gold Coin titles only.
How to sign up at McLuck
Registration takes a couple of minutes. The steps below follow McLuck’s “How do I sign up” help article (updated 23 October 2026).
- Check where you are. McLuck uses location verification software. If you are physically in an excluded state, or using a VPN or proxy, account creation is blocked. Location Services must stay on when you play.
- Pick a sign-up method. Choose Apple ID, Google, Facebook, or email. The email route asks for first name, last name, date of birth, email address and a password.
- Use your legal name. The name on the account must match your government-issued ID, and later the name on your payment method. Mismatches are the most common reason accounts get restricted.
- Confirm age and accept the documents. You tick a box accepting the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and confirm you are at least 21.
- Claim the free reward. The sign-up reward lands in the account, and the first-purchase offers appear in the store if you want them. Neither step requires a purchase.
- Verify early. You can play before verifying, but you cannot redeem until verification is complete, so it pays to do it in the first week rather than when a prize is waiting.
One account per person is a hard rule. McLuck’s help centre says that if duplicate accounts are found, all linked profiles are suspended and any Gold Coins, Sweeps Coins and pending redemptions are voided. If you lose access, ask support to recover the original account rather than opening a new one.
McLuck welcome offer and promo code mechanics
McLuck’s offer has two separate layers, and mixing them up is where most confusion comes from.
Layer 1: the free sign-up reward
McLuck’s promotions page (checked 25 October 2026) says new players receive GC 7,500 + 2.5 free SC on registration. No purchase and no code are needed. The Sweepstakes Rules describe the SC part slightly differently: after registering and passing any necessary checks, you receive up to 3.55 free SC in your first three days if you log in each day. One older help-centre article still mentions 5,000 Gold Coins; the promotions page and the operator’s welcome-reward post both carry the 7,500 figure.
Layer 2: the three-stage first-purchase offer
On top of the free reward, McLuck runs an optional offer across your first three purchases, with three bundles to choose from at each stage. The operator’s blog promo page (updated 6 October 2026) lists these bundles:
| Stage | Price | Gold Coins | Free SC included | Extra |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1st purchase | $9.99 | 50,000 | 25 | Free Lucky Wheel spin |
| 1st purchase | $15.99 | 70,000 | 35 | 10 free SC spins |
| 1st purchase | $29.99 | 120,000 | 60 | Free Bronze Wheel spin |
| 2nd purchase | $19.99 | 80,000 | 40 | 5 free SC spins |
| 2nd purchase | $29.99 | 105,000 | 52 | Free Bronze Wheel spin |
| 2nd purchase | $49.99 | 150,000 | 75 | Free Silver Wheel spin |
| 3rd purchase | $39.99 | 100,000 | 50 | 10 free SC spins |
| 3rd purchase | $49.99 | 130,000 | 65 | 25 free SC spins |
| 3rd purchase | $99.99 | 260,000 | 130 | Free Silver Wheel spin |
The headline you see in McLuck’s banners, “GC 127.5K + 62.5 free SC + a chance to win 500 free SC”, is simply the free 7,500 GC and 2.5 SC added to the $29.99 first-purchase bundle (120,000 GC and 60 SC), plus the Bronze Wheel spin that carries the chance at 500 SC. The homepage pitches a separate “150% extra” on selected first packages that are marked as boosted in the store; McLuck’s FAQ says not every package is included.
How the promo code works
Casino Bros holds no McLuck code, and we do not have a deal with the operator. McLuck’s help centre says codes are shared through its own website, newsletters, social media and promotional content. On 6 October 2026 its blog promo page listed MCLUCKBLOG26 as the October 2026 code, entered in the “Referred By” field at registration, and said it unlocks the three-stage first-purchase offer above. Its own comparison table showed earlier codes for April and July 2026 as ended, so codes rotate; check McLuck’s blog on the day you register rather than trusting any code printed elsewhere, ours included.
A practical point: the code changes nothing about the free 7,500 GC and 2.5 SC, which the same page lists as “None Required”. The code matters only if you plan to purchase.
Worked example: what the $29.99 bundle means for redemption
Say you take the free reward and the $29.99 first bundle. You now hold 62.5 SC. None of it is redeemable yet, because free SC must be played through once. If you play all 62.5 SC through on slots with a 96% RTP, the average expected balance after that single pass is about 60 SC (62.5 x 0.96). Actual results swing widely either way, and the house edge applies to every further spin.
At 60 qualifying SC you would clear the 10 SC gift card minimum but sit below the 75 SC cash minimum. So the realistic options are a gift card redemption, more play (with more variance), or topping up through free routes such as the daily login. Doing this arithmetic before purchasing stops the most common disappointment: assuming a bundle’s SC can be cashed straight out.
Purchasing Gold Coins: what the Terms say
Purchases are optional, but if you make one, a few rules in section 6 of the Terms are worth knowing before you press “Pay Now”.
- Price range: McLuck’s help centre says Gold Coin packages run from $1.99 up to $99.99. All purchases are made in US dollars.
- How to buy: tap “Get Coins” at the top of the lobby, choose a package, and pay with a saved method or add a new card at checkout. Coins normally arrive instantly, along with an on-screen confirmation and an email headed “Your account has been credited”.
- Name match: the name on the card or other payment method must match the account. A corporate card or someone else’s payment method triggers suspension and voided purchases.
- No refunds: the Terms say purchases are final and McLuck is not required to refund them. Bank fees charged by your own bank are not covered.
- Statement name: the charge shows as “B-Two Operations Limited”, which is worth knowing if you ever query a transaction with your bank.
- Chargebacks: a disputed charge suspends the account, becomes a debt owed to McLuck, and cancels every pending redemption.
If a purchase fails or you are charged twice, McLuck’s help centre asks for the date, time, amount and purchase ID through a support request rather than a bank dispute. Missing complimentary coins follow the same route: check first whether that package actually included free coins, because some offers do not.
A sensible budget habit is to set a spend limit in Player Trust and Safety Controls before the first purchase. Lowering it later takes effect immediately; raising it takes 24 hours, which builds in a pause before any impulse top-up.
Daily bonus and other free Sweeps Coins
McLuck’s Sweepstakes Rules (section 3.2) list eight routes to SC. Seven of them need no purchase:
- Registration: up to 3.55 free SC across your first three days if you log in daily.
- Daily login: claim free SC every day; the more often you log in, the more you can claim, up to 2.50 free SC a day.
- Instagram competitions: at least twice a week, sometimes with a question to answer.
- X (formerly Twitter) competitions: also at least twice a week.
- Weekly random draws: a minimum of 100 winners picked at random every week.
- Replying to the welcome email.
- Refer a Friend: SC when a referred friend registers and meets the programme’s requirements. The blog promo page puts the reward at up to GC 200,000 + 100 free SC.
- Purchasing Gold Coins: selected packages include free SC.
The daily cap gives a clean ceiling for free play. Thirty days of perfect logins at the 2.50 SC maximum would come to 75 SC, exactly the cash minimum, but only before playthrough. Since every collected coin must be played once, and play has a house edge, the daily bonus on its own is better thought of as a route to gift card prizes than to a fast cash redemption.
Gold Coins come free too. McLuck’s help centre lists email offers, social media competitions and daily rewards every 24 hours. Promotions are personalised, so a friend may see an offer you do not.
Loyalty Club and Weekly Coin Boost
Everyone is enrolled in the Loyalty Club from the Iron level. Your tier each month depends on the Gold Coins you play, and you keep it for that month plus two more. Reaching Platinum or above brings an instant reward. From Ruby upward, McLuck adds regular loyalty drops, VIP Club access and a dedicated VIP host, and Ruby, Diamond and Black Diamond players keep their tier for the calendar year plus three months. A Weekly Coin Boost deal, scaled to your tier, appears once a week. McLuck also accepts VIP status transfers from other social casinos (Platinum or above, with other tiers reviewed case by case) via screenshot to its transfer address, with a stated turnaround of up to 48 hours.
No-purchase entry: McLuck’s mail-in request (AMOE)
The alternative method of entry is what keeps the sweepstakes free to enter. Section 3.2.9 of McLuck’s rules sets it out in detail, and the details are strict.
- Get a request code. Sign in, open the Sweepstakes Rules, follow the “request Sweepstakes Coins Request Code” link and press “Request Code”. You get a unique 13-digit code, valid for one card only.
- Handwrite the card in non-black ink (blue, for example) with: your full name, the URL www.McLuck.com, your return address, the request code in the upper left corner, the email on your account, and this statement: “I would like to request free Sweepstakes Coins offered by B-Two Operations Limited in order to enter the promotional Sweepstakes offered on McLuck.com. I agree to be bound by the general Terms of Service and Sweepstakes Rules.”
- Handwrite the envelope with your return address on the front, the URL www.McLuck.com, the words “Sweepstakes Coins”, and the request code in the upper left corner.
- Post it to: McLuck – Sweepstakes, B-Two Operations Limited, PO Box 9550, Manchester, 03108 (the ZIP code places it in New Hampshire).
- Beat the deadline. The card must arrive within 25 days of the day the code was generated.
Each conforming request adds 4 free SC to your account, one card per envelope. The return address must match the city, ZIP code and state of your verified address, and the envelope must be postmarked from that same state. Photocopied or duplicated cards are rejected, illegible handwriting voids the request, and McLuck may disqualify anyone it suspects of sharing a code.
Patience is part of the deal. A McLuck help article says crediting envelopes is a manual process and, because of volume, can take up to three months. To reach the 75 SC cash minimum by mail alone you would need 19 cards (76 SC), and those coins would still need one playthrough before counting. Mail-in entry is real, but it is slow by design.
Sweeps Coin playthrough explained
McLuck’s playthrough is 1x. Section 6.1 of the rules says SC collected by any free method must be played through in an applicable Sweepstakes Game at least once before counting toward the minimum for a prize request. Section 4 adds that only SC won through game play, rather than collected, may be redeemed.
Here is how that works with real numbers. Suppose your balance shows 30 SC, made up of 20 SC from a package and 10 SC you have already played and won. Only the 10 played SC qualify right now. Play the other 20 once (for example 40 spins at 0.50 SC) and whatever balance results from those spins becomes qualifying. McLuck’s own FAQ warns that the displayed total “can be larger than the qualifying amount behind it”, which is exactly this gap.
The jackpot adds a small extra cost if you opt in. Gold Coin jackpot participation cannot be turned off, but you can opt out of the Sweeps Coin jackpot at any time; past SC contributions are not refunded. The promotions page says the four-tier jackpot can pay up to 200,000,000 GC or 100,000 free SC.
Coins can also expire. Under the rules, Sweeps Coins expire automatically if the account goes 60 consecutive days without SC game play, and the Terms apply the same 60-day dormancy rule to Virtual Coins in general.
McLuck redemption: minimums, methods and limits
Redeeming is where a sweepstakes casino earns or loses trust, so here are McLuck’s rules in full, taken from section 6 of its Sweepstakes Rules and its redemption FAQs (September 2026).
| Rule | McLuck’s published terms |
|---|---|
| Cash prize minimum | 75 qualifying SC; $1.00 per SC |
| Gift card prize minimum | 10 qualifying SC; $1.00 per SC |
| Where cash goes | Only to a bank account held in your name (joint accounts may need documents for the other holder) |
| Name match | Payment method name must match the account name |
| Frequency | One redemption request every 48 hours |
| Daily limit | McLuck may limit redemptions to $10,000 per day |
| Florida | Maximum $5,000 per spin or play round for Florida residents |
| Large payments | Over $2,500 may take longer and may be paid in more than one instalment |
| Fees | McLuck may charge a processing fee, capped at the estimated cost of processing |
| Alternative payment | McLuck may pay by check (mailed to your account address) or another method |
| Chargebacks | Any chargeback cancels all pending redemptions and blocks future ones |
Methods in practice: cash prizes go by bank transfer to your own account, and gift card prizes go to a gift card provider. McLuck’s FAQ says the methods displayed depend on your account and location, so a method a friend sees may not appear for you. To start, click “Redeem” in the site menu while logged in.
Worked example: a $180 redemption
You hold 180 qualifying SC and request a $180 cash prize on a Monday. It is under the $2,500 threshold, so instalments should not apply. If your verification is already complete, McLuck’s stated typical time for cash is 3 to 5 business days, landing between Thursday and the following Monday, and the rules allow up to 10 days. You cannot submit a second request until 48 hours after the first. Had you chosen a gift card instead, the typical time drops to about 48 hours.
How long do McLuck redemptions take?
McLuck’s FAQ “How long do McLuck redemptions take?” (updated 21 September 2026) gives the clearest answer: gift card prizes are typically processed within 48 hours and cash prizes within 3 to 5 business days, while the Sweepstakes Rules allow up to 10 days. The homepage advertises “Fast Redemptions: verify once, then redeem your prizes quickly”, and that conditional matters more than the slogan.
Most delays trace back to one of five causes, all listed in McLuck’s redemption FAQs:
- Verification not finished. Redemption cannot be processed while an ID, address, selfie or SSN check is open. Document reviews take up to 48 hours each time you submit.
- Coins not yet qualifying. Collected SC that have not been played once do not count.
- Name or ownership mismatch. The bank account must be yours, and the name must match the account.
- Source-of-funds review. Larger requests can trigger requests for payslips or bank statements, and amounts over $2,500 may come in instalments.
- Provider return. A bank can reject a transfer for wrong details or a closed account; McLuck says to wait for official instructions before changing details.
What “pending” means
A pending redemption is in review, not declined. McLuck breaks pending into stages: eligibility review, identity or account verification, payment or funds review, destination validation, McLuck processing, large-redemption or instalment review, and returned delivery. Submitting a second request does not speed anything up, and McLuck asks you to keep follow-ups in the same support ticket with your redemption reference. It also warns players never to pay a “release fee” to anyone claiming to speed up a prize.
KYC and verification at McLuck
Verification runs through Veriff, a third-party identity platform, and is mandatory before any redemption. McLuck’s help centre (updated 24 October 2026) describes two steps.
- Identity: a clear, real-time photo of an unexpired passport (photo page), driver’s license (front and back) or state or national ID card (front and back). It must show your full legal name, date of birth, document number and expiry date.
- Proof of address: a utility bill (gas, electricity, water, waste), a landline, internet or mobile phone bill, or a bank or credit card statement, issued in your name within the last 90 days and showing your registered address and the issue date.
Screenshots are banned by the Veriff system, so photograph the physical document or upload the official file. All four corners must be visible, without glare. If you start on a desktop, a QR code hands the session to your phone camera. McLuck says its compliance team evaluates files within 48 hours. The Sweepstakes Rules add that KYC may include a biometric face scan and SSN validation, and the FAQs note that the SSN can be required for tax reporting.
Deadlines apply. If McLuck asks for ID or address documents and you do not supply them within 30 days, the account is restricted. Common rejection reasons listed by McLuck: blurry or cropped images, glare, expired ID, address documents older than 90 days and unclear selfies.
Why accounts get restricted
McLuck’s help centre lists four common triggers for a blocked or restricted account: missing verification documents after 30 days, a payment method in someone else’s name, coordinated or syndicate play, and abusive messages to players or staff. Repeated wrong passwords cause a separate 30-minute security lock that support cannot lift early. Using bots, VPNs or a second account sits on the same list of things that can void coins and prizes, so the safe route is one account, real details and play from your actual location.
Taxes on prizes
Prizes are your responsibility for tax purposes. Section 6.16 says McLuck may be required to withhold part of a prize’s value and that winners agree to provide a valid Social Security number for tax reporting. Keep your own record of redemptions; the operator is not giving tax advice, and neither are we.
Excluded states and age
McLuck’s help-centre article on minimum age (updated 14 October 2026) says US players must be 21 or older, and that McLuck does not offer its services in 18 states:
California, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Washington and West Virginia.
The Terms of Service phrase the same picture slightly differently. They list 16 Prohibited Territories (the list above minus California and Oklahoma) and then add two notes: McLuck no longer offers promotional contests in California, and it stops operating in Oklahoma from 1 November 2026. Its “Can I play from anywhere?” article names 32 states plus the District of Columbia where play is available, from Alabama to Wyoming, including Florida, Texas, Pennsylvania and Ohio. Individual game studios can block extra states; those appear on McLuck’s “Game Providers Additional Restrictions” list in the footer.
The wider trend explains several of these entries. States that have banned online sweepstakes casinos include California (from 1 January 2026), New York (5 December 2025), Indiana (1 July 2026), Maine (29 July 2026), Louisiana (1 August 2026) and Oklahoma (1 November 2026). McLuck’s own sign-up article also says it ceased operations in Indiana and Maine in July 2026. Our state-by-state sweepstakes guide tracks the full picture.
Outside the US, McLuck’s help centre mentions Canada, Australia, Thailand, South Africa and New Zealand, while its Terms describe any jurisdiction outside the US as a Prohibited Territory for the US service. The sweepstakes promotion is open only to legal US residents outside the excluded states.
Games and software providers
McLuck’s homepage FAQ claims more than 1,500 games across slots, live dealer games, table and card games, arcade titles and game shows. The banner on the same page says “1000+ games”, so the library sits somewhere above that lower figure and changes weekly. McLuck says availability varies by location.
- Slots: Hold and Win, Megaways, cascading reels, classic slots, “Play the Feature” bonus-buy style titles and Unlimited Play games. Popular titles on the homepage on 25 October 2026 included 4 Pots Riches: Hold and Win, Voltage Blitz Rapid, 3 Big Barrels Buffalo and Mad Hit Diamonds.
- Social Live Casino: live blackjack (including Gravity Blackjack), roulette, baccarat, craps and game shows. McLuck confirms every live game has a real dealer or host.
- Arcade: Plinko, mines-style and crash-style games.
- Jackpots: the four-tier McLuck jackpot (Mini, Minor, Major, Grand) runs on every spin for opted-in players.
The providers named in McLuck’s footer are Relax Gaming, 3 Oaks Gaming, Evoplay, Booming Games, Habanero and BGaming, and the homepage also names Playtech. Each game shows its RTP inside the game info panel; McLuck says RTP varies by game and that every result is generated by certified RNG technology. Section 4.3 of the rules adds that McLuck can change a game’s RTP, though not during a spin, so check the info panel before you play.
If you prefer table games, it helps to know the maths before playing with Sweeps Coins. Baccarat’s Banker bet carries one of the lowest house edges in any casino-style game, while side bets and game-show multipliers carry far higher ones. Our social casinos guide explains how free-play titles differ from paid ones.
McLuck apps and mobile play
McLuck runs on three fronts. The website is optimised for mobile browsers on iPhone, iPad and Android, and McLuck recommends portrait mode. A native iOS app, “McLuck Casino: Games & Slots”, sits on the App Store with B2Services OU as seller and a 17+ age rating (app updated 19 October 2026). An Android app is linked from McLuck’s homepage to Google Play.
Verification also works on mobile. The desktop flow shows a QR code that passes the Veriff session to your phone so you can photograph documents with the phone camera. Whichever device you use, location services must stay switched on, because eligibility is checked by where you physically are, not where you live.
Customer support
McLuck’s Terms say support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through the Contact Us page, with replies that can take up to 48 hours at busy times. In practice that means the Help Center: browse the FAQ articles, or use “Submit a Request” and pick the category (transaction, verification, technical, promotion, account or player safety). The site also lists live chat for account closure and reactivation requests.
Two phone numbers are published for payment questions only: +1 (424) 842-2442 in the Terms and +1 (719) 624-7938 for US payment queries in the footer. McLuck asks players never to send full card numbers, CVV codes, passwords or unsolicited ID photos in chat; anything sensitive sent by mistake is redacted.
Responsible play tools
Under Customer Account, Player Trust and Safety Controls offer spend limits, session limits, a time-out and self-exclusion. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately, while raising or removing one has a 24-hour cooling-off period. A time-out cannot be cancelled once set, and self-exclusion cannot be reversed early. If play stops feeling like entertainment, call 1-800-MY-RESET, the National Council on Problem Gambling helpline, and read our responsible gaming page.

Who McLuck suits
McLuck suits players in a permitted state who want a big slot library and live tables, who log in most days and who are happy to redeem smaller amounts as gift cards. It suits less well anyone who expects to cash out a bundle’s Sweeps Coins without playing them, anyone in a state on the list above, and anyone who needs prizes within a day or two for cash.
McLuck vs WOW Vegas vs Pulsz
The table compares what each operator publishes on its own help pages. Blank-looking gaps are deliberate: where an operator does not publish a figure in its help centre, we say so instead of guessing.

McLuck Casino FAQ
Is McLuck legit and does it pay out?
McLuck is run by B-Two Operations Limited, a company registered in the Isle of Man (021483V), and publishes its Sweepstakes Rules, redemption minimums and processing times. Redemptions are paid to a bank account in your name or as gift cards once verification is complete. It holds no state gaming licence because it operates as a sweepstakes, so it is legal only where its rules allow play.
How long does McLuck take to redeem?
McLuck says gift card prizes are typically processed within 48 hours and cash prizes within 3 to 5 business days, with up to 10 days allowed under its Sweepstakes Rules. Payments over $2,500 can take longer and may come in instalments. Verification must be finished first.
What is the minimum redemption at McLuck?
The minimum is 75 qualifying Sweeps Coins for a cash prize and 10 for a gift card prize, with each coin worth $1.00 in prize value. Coins only qualify after being played through once.
Which states can’t play McLuck?
As of 25 October 2026, McLuck’s help centre lists 18: California, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Washington and West Virginia. Its Terms say Oklahoma service ends on 1 November 2026 and that promotional contests are no longer offered in California.
Does McLuck have a no-purchase way to get Sweeps Coins?
Yes. Besides daily login rewards of up to 2.50 SC a day, McLuck’s mail-in request gives 4 free SC per handwritten card sent with a 13-digit request code to its PO Box in Manchester, New Hampshire. Crediting can take up to three months.
Is there a McLuck promo code?
McLuck publishes its own codes on its blog and social channels; on 6 October 2026 its blog listed MCLUCKBLOG26 for October 2026, applying only to the optional first-purchase offers. The free sign-up reward of GC 7,500 + 2.5 SC needs no code. Casino Bros has no code of its own.
Why is my McLuck redemption pending?
Pending means the request is still in review. Common reasons are open verification tasks, a name or bank ownership mismatch, source-of-funds checks or a bank returning the payment. McLuck asks you not to submit duplicate requests and to follow up in the same support ticket.
How old do you have to be to play McLuck?
You must be 21 or older, or the higher age of majority where you live. Registration fails automatically if the date of birth entered is under 21, and identity checks confirm age before any redemption.
