Pulsz Casino is a social sweepstakes casino owned and operated by Yellow Social Interactive Limited, a Gibraltar company. You play for fun with Gold Coins, starting with 5,000 free on sign-up, and in eligible states you can also play with free Sweepstakes Coins that can be redeemed for prizes by bank transfer (Trustly or standard ACH), Skrill or gift card once your account is verified. Players must be 21 or older, and on 25 October 2026 Pulsz listed 14 states where the site is not accessible at all.

Pulsz runs two faces. Logged out, its public pages read like a pure Gold Coin social casino; logged in from an eligible state, the sweepstakes side appears, with its own rules. That split means some numbers, such as the redemption minimum, are only shown inside your account. The Casino Bros crew went through Pulsz’s Terms of Use, store and its 90-article help centre so you know what is published, what is not, and when each fact was dated. No score, no deal, no code from us.

Who runs Pulsz?

The Pulsz footer says the site “is owned and operated by Yellow Social Interactive Limited”, registered at 2 Irish Town, Gibraltar, GX11 1AA, company number 119215, and points to the group site ysi-group.com. Its Terms of Use (version 5.2, updated 1 September 2026) form the agreement between you and Yellow Social Interactive Limited, which they call “Pulsz”, “Us” or “Sponsor”. The iPhone app is published under the same company name.

Pulsz holds no US state gaming licence. Its Terms state that, apart from “no purchase necessary” promotional contests and giveaways, “there is no opportunity for a User on the Site to win real-money or any prize while playing the Games”. In plain terms, Gold Coin play is pure entertainment, and prizes come only through the sweepstakes promotions. That model is lawful only where a state allows it, and our sweepstakes legal states guide tracks the states that do not.

Card statements may show more than one descriptor because Pulsz uses several payment providers. The help centre gives examples such as “pulsz.com Gibraltar GIB” and “PULSZ.COM … DE”, and notes that your own bank may add a foreign transaction fee, typically 1% to 3%, when it sees an international processor.

How Pulsz works

Gold Coins are “Pulsz’s fun-play currency”, in the words of its help article (updated 8 July 2026). They “do not have real-world monetary value” and “cannot be exchanged for cash or prizes”. You get them free on sign-up, through daily logins, emails and social posts, and you can buy more in the store.

Sweepstakes Coins are the prize side. Pulsz’s help centre refers to them in its live casino articles, which say they are “subject to the Pulsz Sweepstakes Rules, eligibility requirements, and location restrictions”, and in its state notices. The Sweepstakes Rules page itself (pulsz.com/sweepstakes-rules) showed only “Please login or register” to logged-out visitors on 25 October 2026, so the full rules, including the coin playthrough, are readable only once you have an account.

Buying Gold Coins also brings non-coin extras listed in the store: a Golden Key that unlocks exclusive slots and scratchcards for 7 days, removal of ads, and Pulsz Points toward VIP status. Whether a pack includes free Sweepstakes Coins is shown in the store when you are logged in from an eligible state.

How to sign up at Pulsz

  1. Check your state. If you are in one of the 14 restricted states, the site is not accessible. In the five Gold Coin only states you can play, but not for sweepstakes prizes.
  2. Choose a method. The “How do I sign up to Pulsz?” article (updated 7 July 2025) lists Facebook, Google or email.
  3. Enter your details. With email you give first name, last name, email and a password, then confirm that you are at least 21 and not from a restricted state, and accept the terms.
  4. Use your real name. The Terms say the name you register must match the ID you later provide for verification.
  5. Allow location. The Terms require location information from your device when requested, and ban VPNs or any attempt to mask your location.

One account per person is allowed. If you open or try to open more than one, all of them can be suspended and balances voided. If you lose access to your account, the Terms say to contact support rather than register again.

Welcome offer and promo codes

Pulsz’s store page (25 October 2026) and its App Store listing say new players get 5,000 free Gold Coins on sign-up, with “no purchase necessary”. Pulsz’s public pages do not state a free Sweepstakes Coin amount at sign-up, so any SC figure quoted elsewhere is not confirmed by the operator’s public pages.

The public store listed nine Gold Coin packages on 25 October 2026:

Price Gold Coins Pulsz Points
$1.99 10,000 18
$4.99 26,500 45
$9.99 55,000 110
$19.99 115,500 460
$29.99 173,500 550
$49.99 301,500 750
$74.99 452,500 900
$99.99 628,000 1,800
$149.99 953,500 2,700

Every pack also includes the 7-day Golden Key. Logged-in players in eligible states may see first-purchase offers and free Sweepstakes Coins attached to packs; those offers are shown in the account, not on the public store.

Casino Bros holds no Pulsz promo code and has no commercial arrangement with Yellow Social Interactive. Pulsz’s Terms ban sharing “special offers or packages emailed to a specific set of players only”, so treat third-party codes with caution. Free-coin offers across brands are compared in our sweepstakes no deposit bonus guide.

Refer a friend

The promotions page says you can collect 6,000 Gold Coins “+ other complimentary coins” for each friend you bring. The help centre adds the conditions: the friend must register through your unique link, make a qualifying Gold Coin purchase, and it must be their first and only Pulsz account.

Daily bonus and other free coins

Pulsz’s store FAQ lists four routes to free coins: the 5,000 GC sign-up offer, a daily login offer that pays free Gold Coins “based on your login streak” every 24 hours, email offers, and social media promotions on Facebook, X, Instagram and TikTok. The promotions page adds weekly tournaments, prize drops and free prize draws.

Gold Coin jackpots run alongside. The Gold Mine Jackpot is a weekly progressive with a minimum prize of 1,000,000 Gold Coins, and My Stash builds a personal weekly Gold Coin reserve that the promotions page says can hit up to a 1,000x multiplier. Both are opt-in, run Monday 00:00 to Sunday 11:59 PM Pacific, and pay in Gold Coins only, so they carry no prize value.

Daily Sweepstakes Coin amounts are not published on public pages. If your account is in an eligible state, the bonus shown when you log in is the figure that applies.

No-purchase entry (AMOE)

Pulsz’s free entry route is mail-in. Two help-centre details show how it works and how slowly:

  • A notice for Indiana players (updated 13 May 2026) says that from 4 May 2026, “mail-in sweepstakes codes will no longer be generated on the website” for Indiana. That indicates mail-in requests rely on a code generated on the Pulsz website.
  • The article “When does my account get credited for envelopes?” (updated 22 October 2025) says that after Pulsz receives your envelope, crediting “can take up to 3 months”, because it is a manual process with high volumes. A newer version (21 April 2026) repeats that it is manual and “a long process”.

The number of Sweepstakes Coins per envelope, the address and the card format sit in the Sweepstakes Rules, which require a login. Read them in your account before posting, since a missing code or a format error is the usual reason a mail-in request fails.

Sweepstakes Coin playthrough

Pulsz does not publish its Sweepstakes Coin playthrough on any public page we could read on 25 October 2026; it is set in the login-only Sweepstakes Rules. The common industry pattern is a 1x playthrough, where free coins must be played once before they count toward a prize. As an illustration of that pattern, 40 free coins at 1x would need 40 coins staked in sweepstakes mode before they count as redeemable. Check the figure in your own rules before relying on it.

Dormancy matters more at Pulsz than at many rivals. The Terms define an account as “Dormant” after no gameplay with virtual coins for 60 consecutive days, and say Pulsz may close an account inactive for 60 days or longer without notice. Log in and play at least occasionally if you hold a balance.

Redeeming at Pulsz: methods, minimums and times

The help centre sets out three redemption routes, each starting from “Redeem” in your account:

Method How it works (Pulsz help centre)
Online banking (Trustly) Choose “Redeem Cash Prize”, enter the amount under bank transfers, pick your bank and sign in through Trustly
Standard ACH Same screen; add your bank account details instead
Skrill Only if you have previously made a Skrill purchase; enter the amount in the Skrill Wallet section
Gift card Choose “Redeem as Gift Card”, then pick a card and amount

Pulsz does not publish a redemption minimum on its public pages or in its help centre. The minimum, and the gift card brands and amounts, are shown in the redemption screen once you are logged in.

On timing, the article “How long is Pulsz verification?” (updated 24 October 2025) says verification of your documents “usually takes 48-72hrs” after your first redemption request, and that redemption “can take anywhere between 1-5 business days” once verification is done. A second, older copy of that article (last edited July 2025) still says 48 hours and 3 to 5 business days, so plan for the longer end.

Two rules in the Terms (version 5.2, 1 September 2026) are worth knowing:

  • The 90-day pending rule. You have 90 days from submitting a redemption request to provide all requested information. If it stays pending beyond that, it is automatically declined, cancelled, and the coins return to your account; you can then submit a new request.
  • Final decisions. Pulsz can decline, cancel or reverse requests that are incomplete, inactive or non-compliant, and its determinations are “final and binding”.

Worked example

Say it is your first redemption and you request a cash prize by Trustly on a Monday. You upload ID, a selfie and a bank statement the same day. At 48 to 72 hours, verification should finish by Thursday. Redemption processing then takes 1 to 5 business days, so the money could arrive anywhere from Friday to the Thursday of the following week. Second and later redemptions skip the first-time verification wait, unless Pulsz asks for more documents.

Verification (KYC)

Pulsz says it is “legally required” to verify you before your first prize redemption. From the verification articles (updated October and November 2025):

  1. Go to My Account, then “Verify your account” (on mobile: More, then My Account).
  2. Upload a government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, state or national ID, or passport) and a selfie of you next to it, facing the camera directly.
  3. Upload proof of address issued within the last 3 months showing your full name and address: a bank or credit card statement, lease, utility or phone bill, among others.
  4. Wait for the KYC team’s email, which may ask for more documents.

Pulsz’s tip is that an ID plus your latest bank statement is the quickest combination. Purchases made with Apple Pay or Google Pay can trigger a separate payment verification, which asks for a screenshot showing the Device Account Number and the last four digits of the underlying card, or a bank statement no older than 3 months with matching transactions. Only payment methods in your own name are allowed.

Where Pulsz is available

The help article “Where can I find Pulsz in the US?” (updated 2 September 2026) and the Terms of Use v5.2 give the same picture:

Status (Pulsz, September 2026) States
Not accessible Alabama, Arizona, California, Connecticut, Idaho, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New York, Tennessee, Washington, West Virginia
Gold Coin only Indiana, Maine, Mississippi, New Jersey, Oklahoma
Available The other 31 states plus the District of Columbia

Pulsz describes itself as available in “36 US states and the District of Columbia”, a count that includes the five Gold Coin only states. Several entries reflect state bans, including California (1 January 2026), New York (5 December 2025), Indiana (1 July 2026), Maine (29 July 2026), Louisiana (1 August 2026) and Oklahoma, where the ban takes effect on 1 November 2026. Indiana’s change came with its own notice: sweepstakes play and redemption of remaining coins were allowed until 22 June 2026, after which Sweepstakes Coins in Indiana accounts expired.

The age rule is 21, or the age of majority where you are if higher, and the Terms make you responsible for keeping anyone under 21 off your account.

Games, providers and Live Social Casino

Pulsz’s App Store listing (checked 25 October 2026) describes “over 2,000 slots and casino style games” with new releases every week. Older help and About pages give lower counts (300+ in 2022, “500+” slots on the About page), which shows how far the library has grown; use the newest figure.

The providers page on 25 October 2026 listed nearly 40 studios, including Playson, Gaming Corps, 3 Oaks Gaming, BGaming, Penguin King, RubyPlay, Iconic21, M2Play, Fugaso, NetEnt, Red Rake, Thunderkick, Yggdrasil, Betsoft, Habanero, Booming Games, Evoplay, Spinomenal, Slotmill, Kalamba Games, Print Studios and Avatar UX. Pulsz also tags exclusives, such as Greedy for Gold: Power Hit 10,000 and 3 Pulsz Piggies: Hold and Win, and branded games including Family Feud, The Godfather Megaways, Rambo and Ace Ventura.

Pulsz added a Live Social Casino section to its help centre in July 2026. It says its live games are hosted by real dealers or presenters, and the lobby on 25 October 2026 showed tables such as Prime Blackjack, Speed Blackjack, American Roulette, Royal Roulette, Crapless Bubble Craps and Teen Patti. Which coins a live table takes depends on the game and your location: some run on Gold Coins, and selected games support Sweepstakes Coins where permitted. No app is needed; live games run in a browser on mobile, tablet or desktop.

Pulsz app

Pulsz has native apps on both major stores, all from Yellow Social Interactive Limited:

  • iPhone and iPad: “Pulsz: Online Casino Games” on the US App Store, first released on 21 May 2022, with a 4.4 average from about 18,700 ratings on 25 October 2026 (iOS 15.6 or later).
  • Android: “Pulsz: Social Casino & Slots” on Google Play (updated 20 October 2026), which repeats the 5,000 free Gold Coin sign-up offer and the 2,000+ game count.
  • PulszBingo: a sister bingo-and-slots app from the same company on Google Play.
  • Browser: Pulsz’s help centre says no app is required to play in a browser, including the live games.

Check that the developer is Yellow Social Interactive Limited before installing anything with the Pulsz name. Our mobile casinos guide explains how to check an app’s developer.

Purchases, support and responsible play

Gold Coins can be bought by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Trustly online banking, instant bank transfer or Skrill, according to purchase guides updated in July 2026. Refund requests go to support with the transaction ID, date, amount and reason; approved refunds return to the original payment method.

Support is reachable “twenty-four hours a day, seven (7) days a week” at [email protected], according to the Terms, with a 24/7 phone line for payment queries at +1 (424) 371-7304. A help-centre notice updated on 10 March 2026 says requests from users who are not signed in need email verification, to cut spam.

Responsible play tools include purchase limits per day, week or month (applied for at least 24 hours before any change), a take-a-break option, and self-exclusion for 6 months, 1, 3 or 5 years, or indefinitely. The Player Safety Policy says self-exclusion is applied across all Yellow Social Interactive brands. Who Pulsz suits

Pulsz suits players who want a very large slot library from many studios, live tables with real dealers, and a choice of bank, Skrill or gift card prizes. It suits less well anyone who wants to read every rule before joining, since the Sweepstakes Rules sit behind a login, and anyone relying on mail-in entries, which can take months to credit. In the 14 restricted states it is not an option, and in the Gold Coin only states it is social play without prizes; our social casinos guide covers that kind of play.
