Jet Casino has been blocked in Australia since 16 June 2022, when ACMA asked Australian internet providers to cut access to it. Jet.casino is on ACMA’s published blocked list (checked 16 October 2026). That is why this page is no longer a recommendation: it is a status review covering the block, your options as an existing player and the alternatives we have rechecked.
Time for a straight answer, Bros. Our old Jet Casino review highlighted its large monthly withdrawal limit for high rollers. That no longer holds for anyone in Australia, so we have removed the rating and our links and rewritten the page around what the regulator has published.
If you are looking for somewhere else to play, the casinos in the box above accepted Australians and were clear of ACMA’s list when we rechecked them in October 2026. They are offshore, so the usual cautions apply. Gambling Help Online is on 1800 858 858, 24/7, if you need to talk to someone.

How Jet Casino Ended Up on ACMA’s Blocked List
Online casino games and online pokies cannot legally be offered to people in Australia. The Interactive Gambling Act 2001 makes that an offence for the operator, not the player, and bans the advertising too. ACMA polices the Act, and when an investigation finds an offshore site in breach it asks Australian internet service providers to block it. By 24 September 2026 the regulator counted 1,822 illegal gambling and affiliate sites blocked since it began in November 2019.
Jet Casino was part of the batch ACMA announced on 16 June 2022. Abo Casino, KatsuBet and Winz.io were named in that release too, and their reviews carry the same status now. The block is not new: it dates back to June 2022, and our review should have caught up with it long before now.
If Jet Casino Still Loads on Your Connection
ACMA’s blocks are applied by each internet provider against specific addresses, and offshore casinos rotate between mirror domains, so a blocked brand can still open on some connections. That tells you nothing about whether it is allowed to serve you. It is not, and the risks below apply either way.
Do not use a VPN to get around a block or a casino’s country rules. Offshore casino terms routinely treat a disguised location as a breach and let the casino keep any winnings and close the account.
Already Have a Jet Casino Account? What to Do
Plenty of Aussies opened accounts before the block. If that is you, here is the order we would tackle it in.
- Stop depositing. Any new deposit adds to the amount at risk, so switch off saved cards and auto top-ups too.
- Take screenshots of your balance, pending withdrawals, bonus status and transaction history, with dates.
- Deal with any active bonus. Bonus money usually locks your balance until wagering is complete. If you only want your cash, ask support in writing to cancel the bonus first.
- Get verification done early. Offshore casinos hold payouts until ID, address and payment checks clear, so upload clear copies once and keep a record of when you sent them.
- Mind the withdrawal caps. Check the daily, weekly and monthly limits in the cashier or terms before you request a large amount, because a big balance may come out in instalments.
- Put the request in writing. Use live chat or email rather than phone, and save the transcripts.
- Know the dispute route. No Australian regulator, ombudsman or tribunal can order an offshore casino to pay. Our old review named a licence from Curaçao; if the casino still shows a licence in its footer, that regulator’s complaints process is the only formal route left. If you paid by card, ask your bank about its dispute process, but do not expect a chargeback to succeed on gambling losses you authorised.
BetStop, the National Self-Exclusion Register, does not cover offshore casinos, so if you want out for good, ask Jet Casino to close and exclude your account directly. For free, confidential support, Gambling Help Online is on 1800 858 858. Our responsible gaming page lists more services.
Our Old Jet Casino Review, Corrected
For anyone comparing notes, these are the main points our previous Jet Casino review made. They are recorded here as old claims; we have not rechecked them against Jet Casino’s current pages, and they do not change its status.
- Operator: Galaktika N.V.
- Licence: Curaçao
- Launched: 2020
- Welcome offer: 150% up to $2,000 plus 50 free spins at 40x
- Verdict: Highlighted its large monthly withdrawal limit for high rollers
However the licence is described, it does not make Jet Casino legal for Australians. No foreign licence permits online casino games or pokies to be offered here, and the block shows ACMA has found Jet Casino in breach.
Casinos We Review That Accept Australians
Every brand on our Australian pages has to pass the same checks, and we rerun them regularly:
- None of its domains is on ACMA’s published blocked-websites list.
- The brand is not named in any of ACMA’s blocking releases.
- Its Australian lobby loads from an Australian connection and Australia is not on its restricted-country list.
- There is no “confirm you are outside Australia” declaration or similar trap in its pages.
The full reviews of OscarSpin, Nine Casino, Jet4Bet and Goldex explain what each one offers Australians and where the catches are. All four passed our October 2026 checks; all four are offshore. Our safer casino guide covers the warning signs, and the Australian reviews hub shows the status of every brand we have rechecked.
Jet Casino FAQ
Is Jet Casino blocked in Australia?
Yes. ACMA named Jet Casino in its media release of 16 June 2022, and its domain is on the published blocked list (checked 16 October 2026).
Is it illegal for me to play at Jet Casino?
The IGA offence belongs to the operator, not the player. But you have no Australian regulator to help in a dispute, access can disappear at any time, and the casino’s own terms may let it void winnings if you are in a restricted location.
How do I withdraw my money from Jet Casino?
Stop depositing, screenshot your balance, cancel any active bonus, complete verification and request the withdrawal in writing, keeping within the cashier limits. Save every support transcript.
Is Jet Casino licensed?
Our old review gave the licence as Curaçao, with the operator named as Galaktika N.V.. We have not rechecked that for this update, and no offshore licence makes online casino games legal to offer in Australia.
Which casinos can I use instead of Jet Casino?
OscarSpin, Nine Casino, Jet4Bet and Goldex accepted Australians and were not blocked or named by ACMA when we checked in October 2026. All are offshore with no Australian licence, so read their reviews and terms first.
